23. Uluslararası Bodrum Bale Festivali, açılışını dünya bale repertuvarının başyapıtlarından "Kuğu Gölü" ile görkemli bir şekilde gerçekleştirdi. Detaylar haberde...
Devlet Opera ve Balesi Genel Müdürlüğü tarafından düzenlenen 23. Uluslararası Bodrum Bale Festivali’nin açılış temsili olan "Kuğu Gölü", İzmir Devlet Opera ve Balesi tarafından Bodrum Kalesi Kuzey Hendeği Sahnesi’nde başarıyla sahnelendi.
Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky’nin ölümsüz müzikleri eşliğinde sahnelenen eser, Marius Petipa ve Lev Ivanov’un klasik koreografisinin ardından G. Armağan Davran ve A. Volkan Ersoy’un yorumuyla izleyiciyle buluştu. Zarif koreografisi, etkileyici dekor ve kostümleriyle Bodrum Kalesi’nin tarihi atmosferinde sahnelenen temsil, festivale görkemli bir başlangıç yaptı.

Aşk, sadakat ve iyiliğin kötülüğe karşı mücadelesini anlatan başyapıt, sanatseverler tarafından büyük ilgiyle takip edilirken, finalde sanatçılar uzun süre ayakta alkışlandı. Açılış gecesinde 2024 yılında hayatını kaybeden Devlet Opera ve Balesi sanatçısı Almula Özlem de anıldı.
Bodrumlu sanatseverlerin yoğun ilgisinin olduğu temsili izleyenler arasında Bodrum Kaymakamı Ali Sırmalı, Belediye Başkan Vekili Emel Çakaloğlu ile Bodrum İlçe Emniyet Müdürü Mehmet Darendeli de yer aldı.
Eseri izleme fırsatı bulamayan sanatseverler için ikinci temsil, 1 Ağustos Cumartesi akşamı Bodrum Kalesi Kuzey Hendeği Sahnesi’nde gerçekleştirilecek. 23. Uluslararası Bodrum Bale Festivali ise birbirinden seçkin eserlerle 17 Ağustos’a kadar sanatseverleri ağırlamaya devam edecek.

The 23rd International Bodrum Ballet Festival has begun
The 23rd International Bodrum Ballet Festival opened magnificently with "Swan Lake," one of the masterpieces of the world ballet repertoire.
Organized by the General Directorate of State Opera and Ballet, the opening performance of the 23rd International Bodrum Ballet Festival, "Swan Lake," was successfully staged by the Izmir State Opera and Ballet at the Bodrum Castle North Moat Stage.
The work, performed to the immortal music of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, was presented to the audience with the interpretation of G. Armağan Davran and A. Volkan Ersoy, following the classical choreography of Marius Petipa and Lev Ivanov. With its elegant choreography, impressive sets and costumes, the performance, staged in the historical atmosphere of Bodrum Castle, made a magnificent start to the festival.
The masterpiece, which tells the story of love, loyalty, and the struggle of good against evil, was followed with great interest by art lovers, and the artists received a long standing ovation at the end. The opening night also commemorated Almula Özlem, a State Opera and Ballet artist who passed away in 2024.
Among those who watched the performance, which attracted great interest from art lovers in Bodrum, were Bodrum District Governor Ali Sırmalı, Deputy Mayor Emel Çakaloğlu, and Bodrum District Police Chief Mehmet Darendeli.
For those who missed the first performance, a second show will be held on Saturday, August 1st, at the Bodrum Castle North Moat Stage. The 23rd International Bodrum Ballet Festival will continue to welcome art lovers with a selection of distinguished works until August 17th.
