Konu sosyal medyada paylaşılıp, yorumlanıp tartışılmaya başlanınca Bodrum Kaymakamlığı açıklama yayınladı.

10 ili etkileyen büyük deprem sonrası toplanan yardımlar Bodrum İlçe Afet Koordinasyon Kurulu tarafından daha önceden alınan karar uyarınca Herodot Kültür Merkezi'nde toplanıp buradan bölgelere sevk edilmeye başlandı. Bu merkezdeki çalışpma düzeni de Bodrum Kaymakamlığı koordinasyonunda, Bodrum İlçe Afet Koordinasyon Kurulu tarafından belirlenen kurallara göre yapılıyordu.

Yelek tartışması

Bu akşam iddialara göre merkezde gönüllü olarak bulunanlar Bodrum İlçe Afet Koordinasyon Kurulu'nun dağıttığı yelekleri değil de "Bodrum Belediyesi" logolu yelek giydi. İddialara göre bu gelişme üzerine Bodrum İlçe Afet Koordinasyon Kurulu görevlileriyle Bodrum Belediyesi logolu yelek giyen gönüllüler arasında tartışma yaşandı. Ve gönüllüler Herodot Kültür Merkezi dışına çıktı.

Merkeze gelen eski CHP Bodrum İlçe Başkanı ve CHP Muğla milletvekili aday adayı Halil Karahan gönüllülerle birlikte basın açıklaması düzenledi. Karahan, "Burada gördüğünüz genç arkadaşlar, 6 gündür gönüllü olarak çalışmaktaydı. Ta ki bir saat öncesine kadar. Konu yeleğin rengiymiş. Yeleğin rengi turuncu olmuş. İnsanlar orada ölüyor, burada şekil telaşına düşülmüş. Gerçekten kabul edilebilir bir durum değil. Bodrum kamuoyu ile bunu paylaşma ihtiyacı duyduk" dedi.

Bodrum Kaymakamlığı’ndan konuyla ilgili açıklama yapıldı. Sosyal medyadan da paylaşılan yazılı açıklamada ise olayın provoke edildiği dile getirilerek şöyle denildi;

“Bir yıldır kurumlarımızla yapmış olduğumuz afete hazırlık toplantılarında Bodrum Acil Afet Durum Yönetim Merkezi tarafından, Herodot Kültür Merkezimiz, yardımların toplanacağı depo olarak belirlenmiştir.

Bu toplantılarda Kurumlarımızla beraber gönüllülerimizin nasıl görevlendirileceğine dair kararlar da açık bir şekilde belirlenmiştir. Koordinasyon kurulumuzda belirlenen yelekler depomuzun muhtelif yerlerine çıkarılarak belediyemiz logolu yeleklerin kullanıldığı görülmesi üzerine, kurulumuzca alınan karara uyulması istenilmiştir. Akabinde ve hızlıca konu provoke edilmiştir.

Benzer bir provokasyon, 07-02-2023 tarihinde, belirlenmiş bir kurgu üzerinden, çekilen görüntülerde şahısların Muğla Valiliği yazılı pankartı kaldırarak belediye pankartı ile fotoğraf çekilip "ÖNCESİ VE SONRASI YAPARIZ" söylemlerinin ardından görüntüler provoke amaçlı sosyal medya hesaplarında paylaşılmıştır. Konuyla ilgili savcılığımıza suç duyurusunda bulunulmuştur.

Belediyemiz de dahil tüm kurumlarımızla afetzedelerimizin her türlü ihtiyacının karşılanması için çalışmalarımız tüm gücümüzle devam edecek olup provokatör yaklaşımlara asla izin verilmeyecektir. Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.”

The vest controversy

According to the allegations, those who were voluntarily in the center this evening wore vests with the "Bodrum Municipality" logo, not the vests distributed by the Bodrum District Disaster Coordination Board. Statement from the governor's office

“In the disaster preparedness meetings we have held with our institutions for a year, our Herodotus Cultural Center has been determined as the warehouse where aid will be collected by the Bodrum Emergency Disaster Management Center.

In these meetings, the decisions on how to assign our volunteers together with our Institutions were clearly determined. Vests determined by our coordination board were taken to various places in our warehouse and vests with the logo of our municipality were seen to be used, and it was requested to comply with the decision taken by our board. Subsequently and quickly the subject was provoked.
