Bodrum Belediyesi Personel A.Ş.'nin hesaplarına alacak sebebiyle SGK tarafından haciz konulmasına işyerinde örgütlü sendikadan tepki geldi.

Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu’nun (SGK)'nın alacağını tehsil etmek için, Bodrum Belediyesi Personel A.Ş.'nin hesabına haciz koyması üzerine belediyede örgütlü olan Belediye-İş Sendikası Muğla Şubesi'nden Bodrum Belediyesi önünde tepki açıklaması düzenlendi.

Açıklama toplantısına maaşlarını 2 gün gecikmeli olarak alan belediye çalışanları, bazı Bodrum Belediye Başkan yardımcıları, bazı belediye yöneticileri ve sendika temsilcileri katıldı.

Belediye-İş Sendikası Muğla Şube Başkanı Ender Akbay Bodrum Belediye Meydanında yaptığı açıklamada şunları söyledi;

"Yerel seçimlere aylar kala her seçim öncesi olduğu gibi yine emekçiler üzerinden siyaset yapılarak, emekçilerin alın teri siyasete alet edilmek isteniyor. Sendikamız üyesi Bodrum Belediyesi Personel A.Ş. ‘de çalışan yaklaşık 1500 emekçi arkadaşımız bu siyasi oyunlar nedeniyle alın terlerinin karşılığı olan ücretlerini gecikmeli almak zorunda kaldı.

Çünkü SGK ayın tam 15’inde maaşların ödeneceği zaman Bodrum Belediyesi Personel A.Ş. maaş hesabına haciz koymuştur. SGK’nın maaşların ödeneceği gün hesaplara haciz koyması, açık siyasi bir müdahaledir. Kaldı ki, Türkiye’de hangi Belediyenin SGK’ya borcu yoktur? Amaç Ahmet Başkanı yıpratmak, siyasi olarak onu zorda bırakmaktır.

Hiç kimse biz emekçileri ve Bodrum halkını bu ucuz politikalarla kışkırtamaz. Çünkü Ahmet Aras başkanımız tüm ekonomik ve siyasi baskılara karşın seçildiği günden beri maaşlarımızı aksatmadan ödeyen bir başkanımızdır. Nitekim SGK’nın siyasi haciz komplosuna rağmen emekçinin alın terinin karşılığı olan maaşlarını iki gün içinde ödemiştir.

Bu emeğe ve emekçiye verilen değerin göstergesidir. Bu vesileyle parti ayrımı yapmaksızın başta Ahmet Aras başkan olmak üzere alın teri kurumadan emekçilerin maaşını ödeyen tüm belediye başkanlarımıza teşekkür ederim. Bizler Bodrum’da, her ilde ve ilçede halkın daha rahat, sağlıklı ve huzurlu yaşaması için doğumdan ölüme hizmet veren emekçileriz. Yerel seçim öncesi adı sanı partisi ne olursa olsun tüm siyasilere çağrımız açıktır. Emekçiler üzerinden siyaset yapmayın. Emekçilerin aşıyla, işiyle ve ücretiyle oynayarak siyaset yapılmaz.

Bize her yerde soruyorlar, Sizin siyasi görüşünüz ve partiniz nedir diye. Genel Başkanımızın sözüyle, Bizim siyasi partimiz Türkiye Cumhuriyeti, Liderimiz de Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’tür. Yaşasın örgütlü Mücadelemiz. Yaşasın Sendika. Yaşasın Belediye İş."

Reaction from the union to SSI's "receivable lien"

There was a reaction from the organized union at the workplace to the sequestration of the accounts of Bodrum Municipality Personnel Inc. by the Social Security Institution due to receivables.

A reaction statement was made in front of Bodrum Municipality from Muğla Branch of Belediye-İş Union, which is organized in the municipality, after the Social Security Institution (SGK) seized the account of Bodrum Municipality Personnel Inc. in order to collect its receivables. Municipality employees who received their salaries with a delay of 2 days, some Bodrum Deputy Mayors, some municipal managers and union representatives attended the statement meeting.

Belediye-İş Union Muğla Branch President Ender Akbay said the following in his statement at Bodrum Municipality Square;

"Months before the local elections, as before every election, politics is being done through the workers, and the sweat of the workers is wanted to be used for politics. Approximately 1500 of our labor friends, who are members of our union and working at Bodrum Municipality Personnel Inc., have been delayed in receiving their wages, which are the equivalent of their sweat, due to these political games." had to take it.

Because when the salaries will be paid on the 15th of the month by SSI, Bodrum Municipality Personnel Inc. He placed a lien on his salary account. SSI's seizure of accounts on the day salaries are due is a clear political intervention. Moreover, which municipality in Turkey does not have a debt to SSI? The aim is to wear out President Ahmet and leave him in a difficult political situation.

No one can provoke us workers and the people of Bodrum with these cheap policies. Because our president Ahmet Aras is a president who has been paying our salaries without interruption since the day he was elected, despite all the economic and political pressures. As a matter of fact, despite SSI's political foreclosure conspiracy, it paid the workers' salaries, which were in return for their sweat, within two days.

This is an indicator of the value given to labor and workers. On this occasion, I would like to thank all our mayors, especially Ahmet Aras, who paid the salaries of the workers without any discrimination of party. We are workers who serve from birth to death in Bodrum, in every city and district, so that people can live more comfortably, healthily and peacefully. Before the local elections, our call is clear to all politicians, regardless of their party name. Don't do politics based on workers. Politics cannot be done by tampering with workers' vaccinations, jobs and wages.

They ask us everywhere, What is your political opinion and party? In the words of our Chairman, our political party is the Republic of Turkey and our leader is Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. Long live our organized struggle. Long live the Union. Long live Municipal Work."
