Bodrum Tanıtma Vakfı (BOTAV) Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı, Bodrum Belediye Başkanı ve BOTAV Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Tamer Mandalinci’nin katılımıyla gerçekleşti.

7 Mayıs Pazartesi günü BOTAV Center Toplantı Salonunda genel kurul toplantısı yapıldı. Toplantıya Bodrum Kaymakamı Mustafa Çit, Bodrum Belediye Başkanı ve BOTAV Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Tamer Mandalinci, yönetim kurulu üyeleri ile vakıf üyeleri katıldı.

BOTAV Genel Sekreteri Galip Gür’ün sunumuyla başlayan genel kurulda Divan Heyeti Başkanlığına Bodrum Ticaret Odası Başkanı Mahmut Kocadon seçildi.

Açılış konuşması yapan Bodrum Belediye Başkanı Tamer Mandalinci, Bodrum’un paydaşları, sivil toplum kuruluşlarının başkanları, temsilcileri ve üyeleriyle Bodrum’un marka değerini daha da artırmak, yerli ve yabancı fuarlarda Bodrum’u temsil etmek üzere hep beraber iş birliğiyle çalışacaklarını belirtti.

Başkan Tamer Mandalinci, “Bu iş birliğini yaparken çağımızın yeni nesil teknolojilerinden faydalanıp uluslararası alanlarda bu tanıtımlar yeni ve inovatif yöntemlerle nasıl yapılıyor, bunların takibini yapacağız. Kentimizin dünyaya açılan penceresini o perspektifi daha da genişleterek ve daha kucaklayıcı, kapsayıcı bir anlayışla ele alarak Bodrum’umuzun marka değerini artırıcı hamleler yapacağız” ifadelerini kullandı.

Divan Başkanı Mahmut Kocadon ve divan üyelerini selamlayan Belediye Başkanı Mandalinci, “Sizlerle beraber önümüzdeki beş yılda bu çatı altında harika işlere imza atacağımıza ve Bodrum’u hem yerli hem de yurtdışındaki fuarlarda daha etkin, daha nitelikli ve geriye dönük kazanımlarının arttığı bir şekilde tanıtacağımıza inancım tamdır. Bu vesileyle kurulumuzun hepimize hayırlı uğurlu olmasını diliyorum” dedi.

Konuşmasında Bodrum’un kendi tanıtımını yapan bir kent olduğunu, buranın Türkiye ve dünya için önemli bir yerde bulunduğunu, herkesin Bodrum’da bulunmak ve buraya yatırım yapmak istediğini belirten Bodrum Kaymakamı Mustafa Çit, “Önemli olan biz, Bodrum’a nasıl sahip çıkıyoruz. Fiyatıyla, istikrarıyla, çevresiyle daha iyi sahip çıkarsak Bodrum daha da ileri gidecek” şeklinde konuştu ve Bodrum Belediye Başkanı ile BOTAV yönetimine teşekkür edip başarılar diledi.

Genel kurul toplantısı 2023 yılı faaliyet raporu, gelir-gider ve bilanço tabloları, denetleme kurulu raporunun okunması, raporlar üzerine görüşmeler ile 2024 yılı bütçesinin okunması, bütçe üzerine görüşmeler, aidatların tespiti ve BOTAV’a yeni üye olacak ve üyelikten ayrılacak işletmelerin genel kurula sunulması, dilek ve temenniler ile devam etti.

Bodrum Promotion Foundation (BOTAV) Ordinary General Assembly Meeting was held with the participation of Bodrum Mayor and BOTAV Chairman of the Board of Directors Tamer Mandalinci.

A general assembly meeting was held on Monday, May 7, at the BOTAV Center Meeting Hall. Bodrum District Governor Mustafa Çit, Bodrum Mayor and BOTAV Chairman of the Board Tamer Mandalinci, board members and foundation members attended the meeting.

At the general assembly, which started with the presentation of BOTAV Secretary General Galip Gür, Bodrum Chamber of Commerce President Mahmut Kocadon was elected as the Chairman of the Council Committee.

Making the opening speech, Bodrum Mayor Tamer Mandalinci stated that they will work together with Bodrum's stakeholders, heads, representatives and members of non-governmental organizations to further increase the brand value of Bodrum and to represent Bodrum in domestic and foreign fairs.

President Tamer Mandalinci said, “While doing this cooperation, we will benefit from the new generation technologies of our age and follow how these promotions are made in international arenas with new and innovative methods. "We will make moves to increase the brand value of Bodrum by further expanding the perspective of our city's window to the world and approaching it with a more embracing and inclusive approach." he said.

Greeting the Chairman of the Council, Mahmut Kocadon, and the members of the Council, Mayor Mandalinci said, “I have full faith that we will achieve great things together with you under this roof in the next five years and that we will promote Bodrum in both domestic and international fairs in a more effective, more qualified and retrospective manner.” . On this occasion, I wish our board to bring good luck to all of us.” said.

Bodrum District Governor Mustafa Çit, who stated in his speech that Bodrum is a city that promotes itself, that this place is in an important place for Turkey and the world, and that everyone wants to be in Bodrum and invest here, said: "The important thing is how we protect Bodrum. "If we take better care of its price, stability and environment, Bodrum will go even further." He said and thanked Bodrum Mayor and BOTAV management and wished them success.
