Bodrum Gündoğan’da özel bir işletmenin halk plajı ile dere yatağına iskele ve platform yaptığı iddiaları üzerine eylem yapıldı.

Daha önce 48 Haber Ajansı'nın haber yaptığı Bodrum Gündoğan'da bir turistik tesisin (https://www.48haber.com.tr/) önündeki halkın kullanımına açık kumsala ve dere yatağına iskele ve platform yaptığı iddiaları üzerine Özgür Kıyılar Bodrum İnisiyatifi üyeleri bölgede eylem yaptı.

Özgür Kıyılar Bodrum İnisiyatifi, Gündoğan Nar Tugan Meydanı’nda toplanarak yürüyüş başlattı ve iddiaların kaynağında bulunan turistik tesise kadar yürüdü. Pankartlar ve dövizlerle kıyıların halka ait olduğuna, işgallerin sonlandırılması gerektiğine vurgu yapan Özgür Kıyılar Bodrum İnisiyatifi üyeleri hem AK Parti Genel Başkanı ve Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’a hem de CHP Genel Başkanı Özgür Özel’e seslendi.

Pankart ve dövizlerle yürüyerek iddialara söz konusu olan iskele ve platformun üzerine çıkan Özgür Kıyılar Bodrum İnisiyatifi üyeleri, "Yasayı Uygula İşgali Kaldır", "Kıyılar halkındır Halkın kalacak" sloganları attı. Özgür Kıyılar Bodrum İnisiyatifi adına kamuoyu açıklamasını aktivist, çevreci Güney Şirin okudu. Şirin, Halka açık sahillerdeki işgaller sonlandırılana kadar eylemlerin devam edeceğini söyledi.

Güney Şirin'in okuduğu Özgür Kıyılar Bodrum İnisiyatifi kamuoyu açıklaması aşağıda;

"TC. Anayasası Madde 43: Kıyılar Devletin hüküm ve tasarrufu altındadır. Deniz, göl ve akarsu kıyılarıyla, deniz ve göllerin kıyılarını çevreleyen sahil şeritlerinden yararlanmada öncelikle kamu yararı gözetilir.3621 Sayılı Kıyı Kanunu Madde 6: Kıyılar herkesin eşitlik ve serbestlikle yararlanmasına açık olup, buralarda hiçbir yapı yapılamaz, duvar, çit, parmaklık, tel örgü, hendek, kazık ve benzeri engeller oluşturulamaz.

Yasalarda yazılanların bir kıymeti harbiyesi varsa sorumlu kurumlar gereğini yapmalıdırlar. Bu konuda özellikle iki önemli şahsiyete seslenmek istiyoruz; 23 yıldır ülkeyi tek başına yöneten Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan ve ülkeyi yönetmeye talip olan CHP Genel Başkanı Özgür Özel, geçen yaz 18 kıyı şeridinde kavurucu sıcaklar altında işlenen suçları tek tek gösterdik ve işgallerin kaldırılmasını talep ettik. Ne yazıktır ki geçen yıl işgallere, kanunsuzluklara sessiz kalındı. Bu sessizlik neticesinde bu yıl yaza girerken işgallerin daha da arttığına ve artacağına tanık oluyoruz. Ücretli plajlar devam ederken ücretsiz halk plajlarının işgali ile karşı karşıyayız. Gücü yeten, kamu kurumlarında dayısı olanlar azgınca işgallerine devam ediyorlar.

Sayın Cumhurbaşkanı, sizden talebimiz cumhurun başı olarak her bir yurttaşınızın hakkını korumanız ve sesimizi duymanızdır.

Sayın Özgür Özel yıllardır partiniz tarafından yönetilen Bodrum da, maalesef iktidara geldiğinizde refah vaadinde bulunduğunuz binlerce asgari ücretli, emekli ve emekçi kıyılara ulaşamıyor, özgürce denize giremiyor. Belediyeniz sorumluluğunu yerine getirmediği gibi, çözüm önerisi ise 100 TL’ye şezlong kiralamak oluyor.

Sosyal devlet, sosyal belediyecilik, eşitlik, adalet hak ve hukuk diyen tüm halkımızı, siyasi parti temsilcilerini, milletvekillerini, belediye meclis üyelerini, Bodrum’un imajına büyük zararlar veren bu işgallere karşı tavır almaya ve çözüm üretmeye davet ediyoruz.

Bodrum’u ya zorbaların, kanunsuzların eline bırakacağız ya da birlikte aşkların, sevdaların, kardeşliğin, adaletin Bodrum’u yapacağız. Cevat Şakir’in kemiklerini sızlatmamak için hep birlikte Bodrum’a, Bodrum’un kıyılarına sahip çıkalım."

Action against the riverbed and beach pier

A protest was held in Bodrum Gündoğan upon the allegations that a private enterprise built a pier and platform on the public beach and the riverbed.

Members of the Free Shores Platform took action in the region upon the allegations that a touristic facility (https://www.48haber.com.tr/) in Bodrum Gündoğan, which was previously reported by the 48 News Agency, built a pier and platform on the public beach and the riverbed in front of it.

The Free Shores Bodrum Initiative gathered at Gündoğan Nar Tugan Square and started a march, walking to the touristic facility at the source of the allegations. Emphasizing with banners and signs that the coasts belong to the public and that the occupations must end, the members of the Free Shores Bodrum Initiative addressed both the AK Party Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and the CHP Chairman Özgür Özel.

The Free Shores Bodrum Initiative members, who walked with banners and signs and climbed onto the pier and platform in question, chanted the slogans "Apply the Law, Lift the Occupation" and "The coasts belong to the people, they will remain the people". The public statement on behalf of the Free Shores Bodrum Initiative was read by activist and environmentalist Güney Şirin. Şirin said that the protests will continue until the occupations on public beaches are ended.

The Free Shores Bodrum Initiative public statement read by Güney Şirin is below;

"TC Constitution Article 43: Coasts are under the rule and disposal of the State. In the use of sea, lake and river shores, and the coastlines surrounding the shores of seas and lakes, the public interest is primarily considered. Coastal Law No. 3621 Article 6: Coasts are open to everyone to use with equality and freedom, no structure can be built on them, walls, fences, bars, wire mesh, ditches, stakes and similar obstacles cannot be created.

If what is written in the laws has any value, the responsible institutions should do what is necessary. We would like to address two important figures in particular on this issue; President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who has been ruling the country alone for 23 years, and CHP Chairman Özgür Özel, who is aspiring to rule the country. We showed one by one the crimes committed on 18 coastlines under the scorching heat last summer and demanded the removal of the occupations. Unfortunately, silence was maintained against the occupations and illegalities last year. As a result of this silence, we are witnessing that the occupations have increased and will increase even more as we enter the summer this year. Paid beaches We are faced with the occupation of free public beaches while it continues. Those who have the power and uncles in public institutions continue their occupations fiercely.

Mr. President, our request from you as the head of the republic is to protect the rights of each of your citizens and to hear our voice.

Mr. Özgür Özel, in Bodrum, which has been governed by your party for years, unfortunately, thousands of minimum wage earners, retirees and workers, to whom you promised welfare when you came to power, cannot reach the shores and cannot swim freely. Not only has your municipality not fulfilled its responsibility, but its solution proposal is to rent sunbeds for 100 TL.

We invite all our people, political party representatives, deputies, municipal council members who say social state, social municipality, equality, justice, rights and law, to take a stand against these occupations that are causing great damage to the image of Bodrum and to produce solutions.

We will either leave Bodrum to tyrants and lawless people or together we will make it the Bodrum of love, passion, brotherhood and justice. Cevat Şakir's bones Let's all take care of Bodrum and its shores so as not to hurt anyone."
