Gümüşlük'de kanalizasyon bağlandığı iddia edile, denize akan dereyle ilgili iddialar belediye meclisi gündemine geldi.

Gümüşlük Rehberi'nin aylar önce haber yaptığı Gümüşlük'te denize ulaşan dereye kanalizasyon atığı karıştığı iddiaları Gümüşlük yaşayanı Levent Dinçer tarafından Bodrum Belediye Meclis toplantısında gündeme getirildi. Bodrum Belediye Başkanı Ahmet Aras iddialarla ilgili olarak verdiği yanıt haberin devamında.

Gümüşlük mahallesi sakini, emekli komando subayı Levent Dinçer Bodrum Belediye Meclisi'nin 5 Temmuz 2022 tarihli toplantısına katıldı. Toplantı bitiminde gündem dışı söz alan Dinçer Gümüşlük halk plajını da kapsayan Gümüşlük Koyu'na atık karıştığı iddialarıyla ilgili kişisel girişimlerini tek tek aktardı.

Daha önce CHP Gümüşlük mahalle temsilcisi Kemal Gökal'ın videolarla gündeme getirdiği Gümüşlük Rehberi'nin de haber yaptığı dereye kanalizasyon atığı karıştığı iddiaları üzerine Gümüşlük yaşayanı Levent Dinçer kendi çabaları ve bütcesiyle numuneler aldı, analizler yaptırdı ve konuyu ısrarla takip edip gündemde tuttu.

Gümüşlükte hiç bir grup, oluşum ya da girişimin yapmadığını yapıp neredeyse aylardır başvurmadık makam ve yetkili bırakmayan Dinçer, denizin kirliliği iddialarını ısrarla yetkililere iletti, dilekçeler veri, dilekçeleri takip etti ve sonuçlarını da sosyal medya platformlarından paylaştı.

Levent Dinçer Bodrum kaymakamlığı dahil baş vurmadık makam ve mevki bırakmadıktan sonra bugün de Bodrum Belediye Meclisi toplantısına katılıp bir konuşmayla konuyu meclis gündeminbe taşıdı.

İşte Levent Dinçer'in Bodrum Belediye Başkanı Ahmet Aras'ın gözlerinin içine baka baka yaptığı o kunuşma;

"Malumunuz yaz mevsimine girdik. Ben Gümüşlükte oturuyorum. Benim bölgemdeki bütün dere yatakları kurumasına rağmen bir tanesi hala aktif olarak akmaya devam ediyor. Geçtiğimiz ayın, Haziran ayının ikisinde ben belediye başkanlığının evrak kısmına bir yazı bıraktım, evrak numarasıyla beraber. Oradaki arkadaşlar benim evrağımı incelediler, ben eminim bu evrak sizin önünüze gelmedi sayın başkanım. Çünkü bu Ahmet başkanın önüne gelse ortalığı ayağa kaldırırdı.

Yapı Denetim Müdürlüğü'ne uğradım. Dedim böyle bir başvurumn vardı benim. Ne oldu diye. Yapı Denetim Müdürlüğü bana dedi ki, 'bu iş benim görevim değil!..' Benim bunu araştıracak elimde ekipmanım vs. yok.' E... Kim yapacak bunu? Çevre ve Şehircilik Müdürlüğü... Peki... Bu arada ben b ir evrak daha yazdım. Bölgemde sayın Seferoğlu orada... Oralardan bir katkı göremedik maalesef. Saygı duyuyorum, belki gücü yetmedi olabilir. İtirazım yok. Bunu da açık yüreklilikle söylüyorum. Ama sonuçta bu birinin sorumluluğunda.

Bir taraftan da numune aldıralım, MUSKİ'ye de söyleyelim hep beraber..."

DERE VE DENİZ KİRLİLİK İDDİALARINA DAİR;

Buradaki yanlış bakış şu; Bodrum Belediye Başkanı Ahmet Aras dahil herkesin ilk tepkisi arıtma tesisinden dereye deşarj edilen suda atık bulunabileceği şüphesi. Defalarca sorsanız MUSKİ iki şey söylüyor; "Sonuçları kamuoyuyla paylaşmıyoruz..." ve "Bizim dereye bıraktığımız su temiz..." Yani!... Dereye ev ya da işyerlerinden ya da başka şekilde (vidanjörler vs...) kanalizasyon atığı bırakılıyor mu? Bunun tespiti yapılmalı. İnsan sağlığından daha önemli ne olabilir ki? Hangi görev, hangi hizmet, hangi etkinlik daha önemli bizlerin ve çocuklarımızın sağlığından?

Dünyanın çevresinden bahsetmiyoruz topu topu bir kaç kilometrelik dereden bahsediyoruz. Bu kadar mı zor bir atık karışıp karışmadığının ve varsa usulsüzlüğü kimin, kimlerin yaptığının tespit edilmesi?

The reason for my petition was this, I am taking this sample, but one day someone will come to me tomorrow, 'my brother, how do I know you are not cheating on this,' I said inside myself to make sure, give someone with me and I will take this sample under his supervision. and I'm with me. But since we couldn't get any results from them, I finally submitted a petition to the District Governor's Office. I read that one of the duties of the District Governor is to control the work of the state mechanism. I said, As a citizen, I could not get results. And that stream continues to flow. The petition is there now. I'm sure you didn't know about this. Now, on the occasion of this meeting, I present the issue to you, Mr. President. scholar

There is such a situation, my efforts continue. I will continue. I will write somewhere else. It's like a ball of fire, nobody wants to keep it in their milk. On this occasion, I want all members of parliament, regardless of party, to be more careful and sensitive about this issue, which concerns superhuman public health and has nothing to do with politics. Mr. Seferoğlu is there in my region... Unfortunately, we could not see any contribution from there. I respect it, maybe it wasn't enough. I have no objection. I say this candidly. But ultimately it's someone's responsibility. And there... The stream adds bad substances to the sea. Excuse me, bloody diarrhea cases and intestinal infections were seen in 4 adults and 1 child. We do not know what the people who come for a day, use that sea and leave there go through. There is such a vital issue. Actually, I had something to say to the mayor of the district, he defended the land of Gümüşlük, and I respected him. Crowds came there, they took action, don't drop the protected area of this place... It was very nice. Bodrum Municipality President Ahmet Aras said the following after listening to Dinçer's speech;

"It's OK, sir. I'll get the sample from there. OK? OK? Well... that's where the Muğla water sewerage fee has a package treatment system. I mean, more precisely... So we'll have the water coming out of that treatment analyzed, we'll see." If there is a problem, of course, necessary action will be taken."

Aras continued his speech as follows;

"After all, the open water of the treatment is discharged openly to the sea. So this is a legal thing, but of course, it is necessary to examine the effluent from there. Is there a problem with the effluent? Or if there is no problem with the effluent, it means that there is a different connection between them... So we need to find out. I will instruct the police. Let a police officer examine it first. Let's have a sample taken from one side, let's tell MUSKI together..."
