Gümüşlük Haber Ajansı (GHA) - 02.03.2022 - Sağlık Bakanı Dr. Fahrettin Koca, açık havada maske zorunluluğunun ve HES kodu uygulamasının kaldırıldığını duyurdu.

Sağlık Bakanı Dr. Fahrettin Koca, bugün gerçekleşen Bilim Kurulu toplantısının ardından açıklamalar yaptı. Bakan Koca'nın açıklamalarına göre, açık havada maske zorunluluğu ve HES kodu kaldırıldı, okullarda karantina uygulanması sona erdi, belirtisi olmayan kişilerden PCR testi istenmeyecek.

1. Artık açık havada maske kullanmak zorunda değiliz.

2. Kapalı ortamda havalandırma yeterliyse ve mesafe varsa maske takmak artık şart değil.

3. Yeni dönemde HES kodu uygulaması kaldırıldı. Hiçbir kurum ve kuruluşta HES kodu kontrolü yapılamayacak.

4. Hastalık belirtesi olmayan kişilerden test istenmeyecek.

5. Okullarda 2 vaka çıkması halinde sınıfın kapatılması şeklindeki uygulamaya gerek görülmemektedir. Pozitif çıkan öğrenci izole edilecek ve eğitim devam edecek.

Diğer açıklamalar

. Özellikle büyüklerimiz, kronik hastalığı olanlarla bir arada iken maske günlük hayatımızın vazgeçilmezi olmalıdır.

. Molnupiravir kimlere verilecek? Şu an Bilim Kurulu’nun bu anlamda önerdiği özellikle 65 yaş üstü, bağışıklığı baskılanmış olan kişilere verilmesi şeklinde. Bunu sahaya yaygın olarak verdik.

. Molnupiravir ilacı;

Bu ilacın etkinliği hastaneye yatışları, vefatları en az yüzde 30 oranında azalttığını biliyoruz. Türkiye’de bu ilacı biz yerlileştirdik, 70’de bir maliyete indirildi. Bu ilaçtan yaygın olarak bütün illerimize dağıtmış olduk.

. Özellikle vatandaşlarımızın aşı konusunda hassas olmaları, riskli olan 65 yaş üstü vatandaşlarımızın hatırlatma dozunu asla ihmal etmemeli, hastalık semptomu gelişirse testlerini yapmalarını, ilaca ne kadar erken başlanırsa o kadar etkili olduğunu biliyoruz. Belirtiler başladığında erken dönemde 65 yaş üstü ve riskli grubun PCR testi yaptırmalarını son derece önemsiyoruz.

. Toplu taşımada maske;

Özellikle mesafenin korunmadığı kapalı alanlarda; yani mesafe korunamıyorsa uçak, otobüs, tiyatro, sinema gibi sağlık kuruluşları gibi alanlarda, okulların kapalı alanlarında maskeleri kullanmaya devam ediyoruz. Bunun dışında kapalı alan olup, mesafe korunabiliyor ise o durumda maskeyi takmanın şart olmadığını söylüyoruz. Kapalı alanlarla ilgili hem uçak hem otobüs hem servis gibi, sinema, tiyatro, sağlık kuruluşları, okulların kapalı alanları gibi mesafenin korunamadığı yerlerde maske kullanmak elbette zorunludur.

. Müzik yasağı;

Müzik yasağıyla ilgili Bilim Kurulumuz bir karar almadı ancak onun da kısa zamanda kalkacağını tahmin ediyorum.

İzolasyon süreci;

Koronavirüslü hastaların izolasyon süreciyle ilgili Bilim Kurulu’nun aldığı kararda değişiklik yok. 7’nci günden sonra semptom yoksa izolasyon bitiyor. Karantinayı aşılı ise temaslı olanlara zaten uygulamıyoruz.

Health Minister Dr. Fahrettin Koca announced that the mask requirement in the open air and the HES code application were abolished.

Health Minister Dr. Fahrettin Koca made statements after the Scientific Committee meeting held today. According to Minister Koca's statements, the mask requirement in the open air and the HES code have been removed, the quarantine in schools has ended, PCR tests will not be requested from people without symptoms.

1. We no longer have to use masks outdoors.

2. If there is sufficient ventilation in the indoor environment and there is a distance, it is no longer necessary to wear a mask.

3. In the new period, the HES code application has been removed. HEPP code control will not be carried out in any institution or organization.

4. The test will not be requested from people who have no signs of disease.

5. In case of 2 cases in schools, there is no need for the practice of closing the class. A positive student will be isolated and education will continue.

Other explanations

. Masks should be indispensable in our daily lives, especially when our elders are together with those with chronic diseases.

. Who will be given molnupiravir? Currently, the Scientific Committee recommends in this sense that it should be given to people over the age of 65 and those with suppressed immunity. We have given this widely to the field.

. Molnupiravir drug;

We know that the effectiveness of this drug reduces hospitalizations and deaths by at least 30 percent. We have localized this drug in Turkey, it has been reduced to a cost of 70. We have distributed this medicine widely to all our provinces.

. We know that our citizens, especially those over the age of 65, who are at risk, should never neglect the reminder dose, they should do their tests if they develop symptoms of the disease, and the sooner the drug is started, the more effective it is. We attach great importance to having PCR tests performed by people over 65 years of age and at risk, in the early period when symptoms begin.

Mask in public transport;

Especially in closed areas where the distance is not maintained; that is, if the distance cannot be maintained, we continue to use masks in areas such as airplanes, buses, theaters, cinemas, and in closed areas of schools. Apart from this, we say that if there is a closed area and the distance can be maintained, then it is not necessary to wear the mask. Of course, it is obligatory to use masks in places where the distance cannot be maintained, such as in closed areas, such as airplanes, buses and shuttles, cinemas, theaters, health institutions, closed areas of schools.

Music ban;

Our Scientific Committee has not taken a decision on the music ban, but I guess it will be lifted soon.

Isolation process;

There is no change in the decision of the Scientific Committee regarding the isolation process of patients with coronavirus. If there are no symptoms after the 7th day, the isolation ends. We do not apply the quarantine to those who are in contact if they are vaccinated.
