Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü (EGM), Marmaris orman yangınıyle ilgili artniyetli paylaşımların mercek altına aldı.
Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü (EGM), Marmaris ilçesinde meydana gelen orman yangını ile ilgili paylaşımlara işlem başlatıldığını duyurdu. Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü (EGM), Muğla’nın Marmaris ilçesinde meydana gelen orman yangını ile ilgili açıklama yaptı. Açıklama şöyle;
Siber Suçlarla Mücadele Daire Başkanlığı ve bağlı il birimlerince, kanunların verdiği yetki ve sorumluluk çerçevesinde, suç ve suçlularla mücadele amacıyla internet ortamında 7/24 esasına göre yürütülen sanal devriye faaliyetleri kapsamında; 21 Haziran 2022 tarihinde Muğla ili Marmaris ilçesinde meydana gelen orman yangını ile ilgili sosyal medya platformları üzerinden;
Yangına müdahale edilmediği, otellere alan açmak için çıkarıldığı ve sabotaj söylemlerinin dolaşıma sokularak dezenformasyon faaliyetlerinin yürütülmeye çalışıldığı, kamuoyu üzerinde panik vegüvensizlik oluşturabilecek söylemlerin bilgisayarlar tarafından yönetilen bot/proje hesaplar aracılığıyla yayıldığı görülmüştür.
Meydana gelen yangın olayı ile ilgili paylaşımlar incelenmiş ve “halkın bir kesimini diğer bir kesimi aleyhine düşmanlığa ve/veya kin beslemeye alenen tahrik eden, halk arasında korku ve panik yaratmak amacıyla içerik üreten” hesaplar hakkında çalışma yapılmış olup, suç unsuru içerikli paylaşımda bulunan hesapların yöneticisi/kullanıcısı tespit edilerek işlemlere başlanılmıştır.
Bahse konu olayla ilgili oluşturulan etiket ve bahsetmelerle ilgili bot hesapların tespitine yönelik yapılan çalışmalar neticesinde;
#marmaris etiketi(hashtag) kullanılarak 22787 farklı hesaptan paylaşım yapıldığı görülmüş; bu hesapların %59.42’sinin bilgisayarlar tarafından yönetilen bot hesaplar olduğu değerlendirilmiştir.
“Orman” kelimesi kullanılarak 16031 farklı hesaptan paylaşım yapıldığı görülmüş; bu hesapların %67.38’inin bilgisayarlar tarafından yönetilen bot hesaplar olduğu değerlendirilmiştir.
“Yanan” kelimesi kullanılarak 17235 farklı hesaptan paylaşım yapıldığı görülmüş; bu hesapların %56.1’inin bilgisayarlar tarafından yönetilen bot hesaplar olduğu değerlendirilmiştir.
“Uçaklar” kelimesi kullanılarak 3571 farklı hesaptan paylaşım yapıldığı görülmüş; bu hesapların %71.74’ünün bilgisayarlar tarafından yönetilen bot hesaplar olduğu değerlendirilmiştir.
“Şahan” kelimesi kullanılarak 10723 farklı hesaptan paylaşım yapıldığı görülmüş; bu hesapların %57,14’ünün bilgisayarlar tarafından yönetilen bot hesaplar olduğu değerlendirilmiştir.
“Otel” kelimesi kullanılarak 5709 farklı hesaptan paylaşım yapıldığı görülmüş; bu hesapların %54.55’inin bilgisayarlar tarafından yönetilen bot hesaplar olduğu değerlendirilmiştir.

The General Directorate of Security (EGM) announced that an action has been initiated for the posts about the forest fire in Marmaris district. The General Directorate of Security (EGM) made a statement regarding the forest fire that occurred in Muğla's Marmaris district. The explanation is as follows;
Within the scope of virtual patrol activities carried out on the internet on a 24/7 basis with the aim of combating crime and criminals, within the framework of the authority and responsibility given by the laws, by the Department of Combating Cyber Crime and its affiliated provincial units; On the social media platforms related to the forest fire that took place in Marmaris district of Muğla province on 21 June 2022;
It has been seen that the fire was not intervened, it was taken out to make room for the hotels, and disinformation activities were tried to be carried out by circulating sabotage discourses, and the discourses that could create panic and insecurity on the public were spread through bot/project accounts managed by computers.
The posts related to the fire incident were examined and a study was conducted about the accounts that "provoked one part of the public to enmity and/or grudge against another part of the public, and that produced content in order to create fear and panic among the public". The / user is detected and the processes are started.
As a result of the studies carried out to determine the bot accounts related to the tags and mentions related to the event in question;
It was seen that 22787 different accounts were shared using the #marmaris hashtag; 59.42% of these accounts were evaluated as bot accounts managed by computers.

It was seen that posts were made from 16031 different accounts using the word "Forest"; It has been evaluated that 67.38% of these accounts are bot accounts managed by computers.
