Gümüşlük Haber Ajansı (GHA) - 03.09.2022 - 2022 – 2023 yılı Türkiye Barolar Birliği Avukatlık Asgari Ücret Tarifesi (AAÜT) Resmi Gazete'de yayımlanarak yürürlüğe girdi.

Tarifeye göre avukatlık ücretleri şöyle;

. Uluslararası yargı yerlerindeki duruşmasız işlerde 33 bin 300, duruşmalı işlerde 57 bin 600 lira.

. Ceza soruşturma evresindeki işler için 2 bin 800

. Sulh hukuk mahkemelerindeki davalar için 5 bin 500

. Sulh ceza ve infaz hakimliklerinde takip edilen davalar için 4 bin

. Asliye ceza mahkemelerindeki davalar için 9 bin 200

. Ağır ceza mahkemelerindeki davalar için 17 bin 400

. Yargıtay’da görülen ilk derece davalar için 17 bin 800

. Yargıtay, Danıştay ve Sayıştay’da temyiz yoluyla görülen işlerin duruşması için 8 bin 400

. Büroda sözlü danışmanlıkta ilk bir saat için bin 200, takip eden her saat için 700

. Çağrı üzerine gidilen yerde sözlü danışmanlıkta ilk bir saate kadar 2 bin 500, izleyen her saat için bin 300

. Her türlü dilekçe, ihbarname, ihtarname ve protesto düzenlenmesinde bin 900

. Kira sözleşmesi ve benzeri belgelerin hazırlanmasında 2 bin 300

. Tüzük, yönetmelik, miras sözleşmesi, vasiyetname, vakıf senedi gibi belgelerin hazırlanmasında 10 bin

Attorney Minimum Fee Schedule

2022 – 2023 Union of Turkish Bar Associations Minimum Attorney Fee Tariff (AAÜT) was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force.

According to the tariff, attorney fees are as follows;

. 33 thousand 300 liras for works without hearing in international jurisdictions, 57 thousand 600 liras for works with hearings.

. 2,800 for jobs in the criminal investigation phase

. 5,500 for cases in the civil courts of peace

. 4 thousand for the cases followed in the peace and execution judgeships.

. 9,200 for cases in criminal courts of first instance

. 17 thousand 400 for cases in high criminal courts

. 17 thousand 800 for first instance cases before the Supreme Court

. 8,400 for the hearing of the matters heard through appeal in the Court of Cassation, the Council of State and the Court of Accounts.

. 1,200 for the first hour of oral counseling in the office, 700 for each subsequent hour

. At the place of call, 2 thousand 500 for the first hour of verbal counseling, 1 thousand 300 for each subsequent hour.

. 1,900 in all kinds of petitions, notices, warnings and protests

. 2 thousand 300 in the preparation of lease contracts and similar documents

. 10 thousand in the preparation of documents such as bylaws, regulations, inheritance contracts, wills, foundation deed.
