Gümüşlük Haber Ajansı (GHA) - 18.10.2022 - Sürücü belgelerinde eski-yeni değişim süresi sona eriyor. Son uyarı yayınlandı. Aman dikkat değişmeyen belgeler iptal olacak.

Yeni tip çipli sürücü belegeleri (ehliyet) ile eski tip sürücü belgelerinin değiştirilmesi için tanınan süre 31 Aralık 2022'de sona eriyor. 31 Aralık 2022'ye kadar yenisiyle değiştirilmeyen eski tip sürücü belgeleri geçersiz sayılacak.

1 Ocak 2016 tarihinde kullanıma sunulan yeni tip ehliyetler (Sürücü belgesi) için son değiştirme tarihi 30 Aralık 2022 olarak açıklanmıştı. Ve o tarih geldi. Hala sürücü belgesini yenisiyle değiştirmeyenler için uyarı yayınlanırken yetkililer yılın son günlerinde yaşanabilecek yoğunluk nedeniyle mağdur olamamaları için harekete geçmelerini istediler.

Peki sürücü belgesini değiştirmeyenler için ne gibi uygulama yapılacak? İşte yanıtı; geçerliliğini yitiren eski tip sürücü belgeleriyle araç kullananlara, Karayolları Trafik Kanunu gereğince idari para cezası uygulanacak.

Nasıl değiştiririz?

. Yeni tip sürücü belgesi alabailmek için öncelikle sürücü belgesi sahibi olmanız gerekiyor.
. ALO 199, "ALO 199 Mobil Uygulama" veya "nvi.gov.tr" adresinden randevu alınacak.
. Randevu alamayanlara mesai sonrası 17.00 - 19.00 saatleri arasında hizmet verilebilecek.
. Başvuru yoğunluğundan kaynaklı muhtemel mağduriyetlerin önüne geçebilmek için vatandaşların yılın son ayını, son günlerini beklememeleri önem arz ediyor.

Hangi belgeler gerekiyor?

. Sürücü belgesinin yenilenmesi için gerekli belgelerin aile hekiminden alınacak "sürücü olur" raporu
. Son 6 ay içerisinde çekilmiş bir adet biyometrik fotoğraf
. Vergi dairesi müdürlüklerine, "https://ivd.gib.gov.tr" internet adresi üzerinden sanal pos uygulamasıyla kredi kartı veya banka kartı aracılığıyla ya da anlaşmalı bankalara yatırılması gereken 15 TL’lik ücret dekontu.
. Müracaat işlemlerinin tamamlanmasının ardından Merkezi Nüfus İdaresi Sistemi'nde (MERNİS) adresi bulunan kişilerin yurt içinde verecekleri herhangi bir adrese sürücü belgeleri teslimatı yapılacak.

Bilgileri aktarmak

. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kimlik kartı ve yeni sürücü belgesi bulunup sürücü belgesi bilgilerini kimlik kartına aktarmak isteyenler, randevu almadan nüfus müdürlüklerine müracaat ederek 'nüfusmatik' cihazından yükleme, aktarma işlemini gerçekleştirebilirler.

Attention last warning; 31 December 2022 last day

The old-new exchange period for driver's licenses is coming to an end. The last warning has been issued. Be careful, documents that do not change will be cancelled.

The deadline for replacing old-style driver's licenses with new chip driver's licenses (license) expires on 31 December 2022. Old-style driver's licenses that are not replaced by new ones until 31 December 2022 will be deemed invalid.

The last change date for the new type of driver's licenses (Driver's license), which was put into use on January 1, 2016, was announced as December 30, 2022. And that date has come. While a warning was issued for those who still did not change their driver's license with a new one, the authorities asked them to take action so that they could not become victims due to the intensity that could be experienced in the last days of the year.

So, what kind of application will be made for those who do not change their driver's license? Here is the answer; Those who drive with outdated driver's licenses will be subject to an administrative fine in accordance with the Highway Traffic Law.

How do we change it?

. In order to get a new type of driver's license, you must first have a driver's license.
. Appointments can be made at ALO 199, "ALO 199 Mobile Application" or "nvi.gov.tr".
. Those who cannot make an appointment will be able to serve after work between 17.00 and 19.00.
. It is important that citizens do not wait for the last month or the last days of the year in order to prevent possible grievances due to the density of applications.

What documents are needed?

. "Driver status" report to be obtained from the family doctor of the necessary documents for the renewal of the driver's license
. One biometric photograph taken within the last 6 months
. A fee of 15 TL, which must be deposited to the tax office directorates via the virtual pos application via the "https://ivd.gib.gov.tr" internet address, via credit or debit card or to contracted banks.
. Following the completion of the application procedures, the driver's licenses will be delivered to any address given by the persons who have an address in the Central Population Administration System (MERNIS).
. Those who have a Republic of Turkey identity card and a new driver's license and want to transfer their driver's license information to their identity card can apply to the population directorates without making an appointment and perform the upload and transfer process from the 'nufusmatik' device.
