Zincir mağazalarda yönetmelik değişti

Perakende Ticarette Uygulanacak İlke Ve Kurallar Hakkında Yönetmelikte Değişiklik Yapılmasına Dair Yönetmelik Resmi Gazete'de yayımlandı. Buna göre, zincir mağazalar satışa sundukları ürünlere ilişkin verileri Ticaret Bakanlığı'nın sistemine aktaracak.
Zincir marketlere yönelik yapılan düzenlemeyle, şube sayısı iki yüzden fazla olan zincir mağazalar, satışa sundukları ürünler ile şubelerine ilişkin verileri Bakanlıkça belirlenen sisteme aktarmakla yükümlü olacak. Yayımlanan yönetmelikte şu bilgiler yer aldı;
"Perakende ticaretin etkin ve sürdürülebilir rekabet şartlarına göre yapılmasına yönelik politikaların geliştirilmesi, kamuoyunun aydınlatılması ve tüketicinin fiyat karşılaştırması yapabilmesine imkan sağlanması amacıyla, gıda perakende sektöründe hızlı tüketim mallarının satışıyla iştigal eden ve şube sayısı iki yüzden fazla olan zincir mağazalar, satışa sundukları ürünler ile şubelerine ilişkin verileri Bakanlıkça belirlenen sisteme aktarmakla yükümlüdür. Bu veriler ilgili kurum, kuruluş ve kamuoyuyla paylaşılabilir. Veri aktarımının usul ve esasları Bakanlıkça belirlenerek ilgili zincir mağazalara bildirilir."
Öte yandan, yönetmeliğin hükümlerinin uygulanmasını Ticaret Bakanlığı yürütecek.

While the developments regarding the chain markets were continuing, the regulation change was published in the Official Gazette. What's in that change? In the news...
The Regulation Amending the Regulation on the Principles and Rules to be Applied in Retail Trade was published in the Official Gazette. Accordingly, chain stores will transfer data about the products they sell to the system of the Ministry of Commerce.
With the regulation made for chain markets, chain stores with more than two hundred branches will be obliged to transfer the data regarding the products they sell and their branches to the system determined by the Ministry. The following information was included in the published regulation;
"In order to develop policies for conducting retail trade in accordance with effective and sustainable competition conditions, to inform the public and to enable the consumer to make price comparisons, chain stores with more than two hundred branches, which are engaged in the sale of fast-moving consumer goods in the food retail sector, are responsible for the products they sell and their branches. It is responsible for transferring the data to the system determined by the Ministry. These data can be shared with the relevant institutions, organizations and the public. The procedures and principles of data transfer are determined by the Ministry and notified to the relevant chain stores."
On the other hand, the Ministry of Commerce will carry out the implementation of the provisions of the regulation.
