İçişleri Bakanı Soylu açıkladı

Başkanı Ekrem İmamoğlu’nun kendisi arayarak, "CHP zaten beni

sevmiyor" dediğini ve yardım istediğini söyledi. İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanı Ekrem İmamoğlu’nun açıklamaları üzerine, Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğünde yer alan Demet Sezer Konferans Salonu'nda yanıt niteliğinde açıklamalarda bulundu.

İçişleri Bakanı Süleyman Soylu, “Ekrem İmamoğlu, saygılarını

sunarak beni aramıştır, bana belli bir konuda, ‘CHP zaten beni

sevmiyor, ne olur bana bu konuda yardımcı olun’ diye bir ricası da

olmuştur” dedi.

Soylu'nun açıklamaları şöyle;

. Birkaç saat önce İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanı açıklama

yaptı. Açıklamaları hep beraber takip ettik. Türkiye tam 40 yıldır

terörle mücadele ediyor. Bu mücadeleden öğrendiklerimizin en

önemlilerinden birisi de şudur; terörle mücadelede en büyük

tehlikelerden birisi, örgütlerin meşru alanları kullanıp bu

alanlara sızmasıdır. Dağda terörle mücadeleden daha zor bir

durumdur bu. Bu sebeple devlet bunun için kendi adına kararlar ve

önlemler alır.

. Zaman zaman terörle iltisaklı belediyelere görevlendirmeler

yapıldı. Buradan yöneticilere 900 yıla yakın cezalar çıktı. Doğu ve

Güneydoğu'da PKK/KCK ile irtibatlı olduğu tespit edilen

belediyeler, belediye başkanları, meclis üyeleri, il genel meclis

üyeleri, personeller yapılan soruşturmalar çerçevesinde görevden

alındılar. FETÖ terör örgütünden de devlete sızmış irtibatları ve

iltisakları olan yaklaşık 165 bin kişi kamudan çıkarıldı. Bizim

Bakanlığımızdan da 50 bini aşkın kişi çıkarıldı. Zorlu bir sürecin

sonunda kamuyu çok büyük bir şekilde terör örgütlerinden arındırdık

ama bu elbette yüzde yüz değildir.

. Bir bakan veya bakanlık, anayasanın ve kanunların kendilerine

vermiş oldukları yetkilerden dolayı yapmış oldukları işlemlerden

dolayı hakarete uğradıklarını ilk kez burada görüyorum. Bugün basın

toplantısı yapan kişi dahil olmak üzere, onun genel başkanı dahil

olmak üzere kayyum atadığımız için, bir belediyenin terör

irtibatını tespit ettiğimiz için, yetkilerimizi kullandığımız için

eleştirildik. CHP'de kaybettiği itibarı bizlere saldırarak,

meseleleri demagoji yöntemiyle anlatmaya çalışanlar, bu itibarını

tekrar kazanmaya çalışanlar boşuna çırpınış içindedir.

. Bir süre önce Ekrem İmamoğlu, saygılarını sunarak beni aramıştır.

Bana belli bir konuda, ‘CHP zaten beni sevmiyor. Ne olur bana bu

konuda yardımcı olun' diye bir ricası da olmuştur. Ben, kanun ne

ise onu yaparız, dedim ve onu yaptık. Bir taraftan işine gelince

alttan almasını bileceksin, diğer taraftan da dönüp hakaret

edeceksin, bunu da kendine hak göreceksin. Bu iki yüzlülüktür.

. Bugünkü basın toplantısını göstermiştir ki İmamoğlu, bizim 9

Aralık 2021 tarihinde dile getirdiğimiz ve soruşturmasına hemen

başladığımız iddiayı kabul etmiştir. İmamoğlu, ‘Terör örgütleri

üyeleri buraya giremedi' diyemez. ‘Devletin kararıyla işten

çıkarılanları tekrar hileyle işe aldık' diyemez. Dağda terörist

olarak bulunanları, devlete ve kamuya girmesi kesinlikler mümkün

olmayan kişileri ‘biz işe almadık' diyemez. İşe alınları ‘biz

almadık' diyememiştir.

. Biz bu soruşturmayı sadece İBB'de yapmadık. Tüm belediyelerde bu

konunun üzerine gittik, gitmeye de devam ediyoruz. Soruşturulan

dönem içerisinde toplam 25 bin 361 kişi işe alındı. Bin 668 kişi

soruşturuldu. İçlerindeki bin 163 kişi irtibatı olduğu fakat

belediyede çalışmasına engel bir durum söz konusu olmadığı için

soruşturma altına alınmadı. Bunlar içerisinde kendi döneminden önce

alınmış kişilerde var. Geri kalan 505 kişinin tamamı kendi

döneminde alınmış, bunların kayıtları da kamuda görev yapmasına

engel olacak kişilerdir.

Soylu; "He called me, asked for help. He said..."

Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu said that the Mayor of Istanbul

Metropolitan Municipality Ekrem İmamoğlu called himself and asked

to leave.

Upon the statements of Ekrem İmamoğlu, Mayor of Istanbul

Metropolitan Municipality, Demet Sezer made statements in response

to the Conference Hall located in the General Directorate of

Security.

Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu said, "Ekrem İmamoğlu called me,

paying his respects, and he asked me on a certain issue: 'The CHP

does not love me anyway, please help me in this matter'."

Soylu's statements are as follows;

. A few hours ago, the Mayor of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality

made a statement. We followed the explanations together. Turkey has

been fighting terrorism for 40 years. One of the most important

things we learned from this struggle is this; One of the biggest

dangers in the fight against terrorism is that organizations use

legitimate areas and infiltrate these areas. This is a more

difficult situation than the fight against terrorism on the

mountain. For this reason, the state takes decisions and measures

on its own behalf.

. From time to time, assignments were made to municipalities

affiliated with terrorism. Here, the executives were punished for

nearly 900 years. Municipalities, mayors, council members,

provincial council members and personnel found to be affiliated

with the PKK/KCK in the East and Southeast were dismissed as part

of the investigations. Approximately 165 thousand people who had

connections and affiliations with the FETO terrorist organization

that had infiltrated the state were removed from the public

service. More than 50 thousand people were dismissed from our

Ministry. At the end of a difficult process, we cleared the public

from terrorist organizations in a very large way, but this is not

one hundred percent, of course.

. This is the first time I see a minister or ministry being

insulted because of the actions they have taken due to the powers

given to them by the constitution and laws. We were criticized for

appointing a trustee, including the person who held the press

conference today, for detecting a terrorist liaison with a

municipality, for using our powers. Those who try to explain the

issues with the method of demagogy by attacking us for the

reputation they lost in the CHP, and those who try to regain this

reputation, are struggling in vain.

. A while ago, Ekrem İmamoğlu called me, paying his respects. He

told me about a certain issue, 'CHP doesn't love me anyway. Please

help me in this regard,' he had a request. I said we do what the

law is, and we did it. On the one hand, you will know how to take

it down when it comes to your business, on the other hand, you will

turn around and insult, and you will consider this right. This is

hypocrisy.

. Today's press conference has shown that Imamoglu has accepted the

allegation that we made on December 9, 2021 and that we immediately

started the investigation. İmamoğlu cannot say, 'Members of

terrorist organizations could not enter here'. He cannot say, 'We

recruited those who were dismissed by the decision of the state by

cheating'. He cannot say 'we did not hire' those who are on the

mountain as terrorists and those who are absolutely impossible to

enter the state and the public. Employees could not say 'we did not

hire'.

. We did not conduct this investigation only in IMM. We have

addressed this issue in all municipalities, and we continue to do

so. A total of 25,361 people were recruited during the period under

investigation. 1,668 people were investigated. 1,163 people among

them were in contact, but there was no obstacle to their work in

the municipality, so they were not investigated. Among them, there

are people who were taken before their period. All of the remaining

505 people were recruited in their own time, and their records are

the ones that will prevent them from serving in the public sector.
