Gümüşlük Haber Ajansı (GHA) - 13.01.2023 - Memur ve emeklilere yüzde 30 zam yapılmasına ilişkin düzenleme Resmi Gazete'de yayımlandı.

Memur ve emekli maaşlarına yüzde 30 zam yapılmasını da öngören Sosyal Sigortalar ve Genel Sağlık Sigortası Kanunu ile Bazı Kanunlarda ve 375 Sayılı Kanun Hükmünde Kararnamede Değişiklik Yapılmasına Dair Kanun, Resmi Gazete'de yayımlandı.

Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan'ın açıklamasının ardından Meclis'e sunulan yasaya göne memur ve emekli maaşlarına ocak ayı itibarıyla yüzde 30 zam alacak.

Kanun metninde değişiklik şu şekilde yer aldı;

"MADDE 7- 27/6/1989 tarihli ve 375 sayılı Kanun Hükmünde Kararnameye aşağıdaki geçici madde eklenmiştir.

“GEÇİCİ MADDE 43- 4688 sayılı Kanuna göre düzenlenen Kamu Görevlilerinin Geneline ve Hizmet Kollarına Yönelik Mali ve Sosyal Haklara İlişkin 2022 ve 2023 Yıllarını Kapsayan 6. Dönem Toplu Sözleşmenin İkinci Kısım Birinci Bölümünün 5 inci, 6 ncı, 7 nci ve 8 inci maddeleri uyarınca 1/1/2023-30/6/2023 dönemine ilişkin katsayılar, sözleşme ücreti artış oranları, ücret tavanları ve ortalama ücret toplamı üst sınırına uygulanacak artış oranı %30 olarak uygulanır. Hazine ve Maliye Bakanlığı bu madde kapsamında katsayıları, sözleşme ücreti artış oranlarını, ücret tavanlarını ve ortalama ücret toplamı üst sınırını söz konusu artış oranına uygun olarak belirler ve duyurur.”

MADDE 8- Bu Kanunun;

a) 2 nci ve 3 üncü maddeleri 2023 yılı Ocak ayı ödeme döneminden itibaren uygulanmak üzere yayımı tarihinde,"

Civil servants and pensioners increase law is in effect

The regulation regarding the 30 percent raise for civil servants and retirees was published in the Official Gazette.

The Law on Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law, which envisages a 30 percent increase in the salaries of civil servants and pensioners, and the Law on Making Amendments in Some Laws and Decree Law No. 375, was published in the Official Gazette.

The law, which came into force, was accepted in the General Assembly of the Turkish Grand National Assembly yesterday.

According to the law submitted to the Parliament after the statement of President Recep Tayip Erdoğan, the salaries of civil servants and pensioners will be increased by 30 percent as of January.

The lowest pension was increased from 3 thousand 500 lira to 5 thousand 500 lira.

With the regulation, the minimum wage support provided to employers was extended until June 2023 and increased to 400 liras.

The change in the text of the law was as follows;

"ARTICLE 7- The following provisional article has been added to the Decree-Law dated 27/6/1989 and numbered 375.

“PROVISIONAL ARTICLE 43- Pursuant to Articles 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the First Part of the Second Part of the 6th Term Collective Agreement Covering the Years 2022 and 2023 on Financial and Social Rights for General Public Officials and their Service Branches regulated in accordance with Law No. 4688, 1 The coefficients for the period /1/2023-30/6/2023, contract wage increase rates, wage ceilings and the increase rate to be applied to the upper limit of the average wage total are applied as 30%. Within the scope of this article, the Ministry of Treasury and Finance determines and announces the coefficients, contract wage increase rates, wage ceilings and the average wage total upper limit in accordance with the said increase rate.

ARTICLE 8- This Law;

a) Articles 2 and 3 on the date of publication, to be implemented as of the payment period of January 2023,
