Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Kahramanmaraş merkezli depremlerin ardından incelemelerde bulunmak üzere, Milliyetçi Hareket Partisi (MHP) Genel Başkanı Devlet Bahçeli ile Hatay’ın Kırıkhan ilçesini ziyaret etti.

Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, Hatay’ın Kırıkhan ilçesinde deprem bölgesindeki incelemelerinin ardından yaptığı açıklamada, “Hasar tespit çalışmaları bitince netleşecek olmakla birlikte, mevcut duruma göre Hatay’da 183 bin konut ve 15 bin köy evi yapmayı planlıyoruz. Kırıkhan’da inşa edeceğimiz konut sayısı ise 15 bin 785’tir. Bölge genelinde inşa edeceğimiz mesken ve köy evi sayısı, 650 bini buluyor” dedi.

Kırıkhan Stadyumu yanında kurulan çadır kenti ziyaret eden Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, incelemelerinin ardından yaptığı açıklamada, Türkiye’de 6 Şubat’ta meydana gelen depremlerin, son asırda maruz kalınan en büyük felaket olarak tarihe geçtiğini vurguladı.

Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, depremlerde hayatını kaybeden vatandaşlara Allah’tan rahmet, yakınlarına sabır ve başsağlığı diledi. Aynı gün art arda yaşanan iki büyük deprem ve onları izleyen binlerce artçı sarsıntının 21 ile ulaşan geniş bir alanda hissedildiğini belirten Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, bu deprem sonucu, 11 ilin 62 ilçesinde, herkesi yasa boğan can kayıplarının ve yıkımların yaşandığını anlattı ve vefat edenler için “Fatiha” duası okudu.

Deprem günü ve takip eden birkaç gün Türkiye’de ağır kış şartlarının hâkim olduğunu hatırlatan Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, şöyle konuştu:

“Deprem, ulaşım ve haberleşme altyapısına ciddi zarar vermişti. Buna rağmen devlet olarak tüm gücümüz ve personelimizle bir an önce depremzede vatandaşlarımızın yardımına koştuk. Yıkıntıların altında kalanlara ulaşmak için arama kurtarma ekiplerini seferber ettik. Acil gıda ve barınma ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak için, ülkemizin dört bir yanından binlerce tır malzemeyi bölgeye gönderdik. Gelen yardımları ve tahliye olan insanlarımızı organize etmek için bakanlarımızla, valilerimizle, milletvekillerimizle gece gündüz depremzede vatandaşlarımızla bütünleşerek, bunun altından kalktık, kalkıyoruz. Devlet ve millet hep beraber, tek yürek, tek bilek olarak deprem bölgesine doğru adeta sel olup aktık. Kamu görevlileriyle, sivil toplum kuruluşlarıyla, gönüllüleriyle, ferdi olarak yardıma gelenlerle birlikte, neredeyse yarım milyon insan deprem bölgesinde vazife üstlendi. Askeriyle, polisiyle, jandarmasıyla, sağlıkçısıyla, diğer kurumlarımızın ekipleriyle devletimiz sahadaydı. Belediyelerimiz, başkanları, personelleri, araç gereçleriyle ilk günden itibaren buradaydı.”

Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, Türkiye’nin dört bir ucundaki ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her türlü ekibi, iş makinasını, malzemeyi bölgeye yönlendirdiklerini kaydetti. Depremde zarar gören Hatay Havalimanı’nı bir hafta içinde yeniden işler hâle getirerek, çalışmaların kolaylaşmasını sağladıklarını belirten Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, “Ama gel gör ki ana muhalefet ‘havalimanını biz onardık’ yalanını ortaya koydu. ‘Oranın hafriyatını biz taşıdık’ yalanını ortaya attı. Yaptıkları böyle bir şey yok” dedi.

Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, Serinyol’a geldiğinde, AK Parti Genel Başkanvekili Binali Yıldırım’a, “Hemen arkadaşlarımızla beraber geçin havalimanına, burada, havalimanının yapımında emeğin var, orada basın toplantısını da yap ve bunların yalanını ortaya koy” dediğini aktardı.

Yaptıkları uluslararası çağrıya cevap veren 100 ülkenin 90’ından gelen arama kurtarma ve yardım ekiplerinin de çok faydalı çalışmalar yürüttüğünü vurgulayan Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, “Ülkemizin bu zor gününde, bizimle dayanışma sağlayan herkese, yurt içi ve yurt dışındaki tüm gönül dostlarımıza bir kez daha milletim adına, şahsım olarak şükranlarımı sunuyorum” diye konuştu.

Hatay'ı yalnız brakmayacağız

Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, depremden sonra 8 Şubat’ta, müteakiben 20 Şubat’ta Hatay’a geldiklerini hatırlatarak, burada hem depremzede vatandaşlara geçmiş olsun ve taziye dileklerini sunduklarını hem de çalışmaları yerinde inceleyerek gereken talimatları verdiklerini söyledi.

Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, bugün üçüncü kez Hatay’a geldiğini belirterek, “Cumhur ittifakı olarak da buradayız. Geçen sefer olduğu gibi MHP Genel Başkanı Sayın Devlet Bahçeli ile birlikte bu ziyaretleri yaptık. İnşallah Hatay’ı asla yalnız bırakmayacağız” dedi.

Deprem gününden itibaren koordinatör bakanlar, Millî Savunma Bakanı Hulusi Akar ve Sağlık Bakanı Fahrettin Koca’nın hep bölgede olduğunu anımsatan Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, diğer bakanların da kendi alanları ile ilgili konuları takip etmek üzere defalarca Hatay’a geldiğini kaydetti.

İçişleri Bakanı Süleyman Soylu, Çevre, Şehircilik ve İklim Değişikliği Bakanı Murat Kurum ile Tarım ve Orman Bakanı Vahit Kirişci’nin sürekli bölgeye geldiğini, milletvekillerinin vatandaşlarla olduğunu anlatan Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, sözlerini şöyle sürdürdü;

“Bazıları, kendi yakınlarından pek çok kişi kaybetmiş olmalarına rağmen, başta Hüseyin Yayman kardeşim, acılarını yüreklerine gömüp, şehirleri için canla başla çalıştılar. Diğer yerlerden arkadaşlarımız da sizlere destek vermek, faydalı olmak için Hatay’ı yol yaptı. Biz de önümüzdeki dönemde her fırsatta şehrimize gelerek sizlerle dertleşecek, yapılan çalışmaları bizzat denetleyeceğiz. Başbakanlığımdan bugüne Hatay’a yaptığımız altyapı ve üstyapı yatırımlarındaki emeğimizi Hataylı kardeşlerim çok iyi bilir. Bizim burada emeğimiz var, dertliyiz. Bundan sonra da emeğimiz olacak.”

Enkaz kaldırma

Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, depremin ilk günlerindeki öncelik olan arama kurtarma çalışmalarının bitmesiyle, enkaz kaldırma faaliyetlerini hızlandırdıklarını belirterek, “Sırf enkaz kaldırma çalışmasının bile ne kadar büyük ve meşakkatli bir iş olduğunu en iyi siz görüyor ve siz biliyorsunuz” diye konuştu. Bölgede yeni konutların inşası için gereken hazırlıkları da süratle yürüttüklerini bildiren Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, şunları söyledi;

“Hasar tespit çalışmaları bitince netleşecek olmakla birlikte, mevcut duruma göre Hatay’da 183 bin konut ve 15 bin köy evi yapmayı planlıyoruz. Kırıkhan’da inşa edileceğimiz konut sayısı ise 15 bin 785’tir. Bölge genelinde inşa edeceğimiz mesken ve köy evi sayısı 650 bini buluyor. Yer seçimi yapılan, zemin ve etüt çalışmaları biten her safhada, hemen inşaata başlıyoruz. Amacımız ilk etapta bir yıl içinde 319 bin konut ve köy evini tamamlayıp, sahiplerine teslim etmektir.”

Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, daha önceki afetlerde şehirleri adeta sıfırdan inşa ettikleri gibi bu depremlerin ardından da hiç kimseyi mağdur etmeyeceklerini vurguladı.

Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, hak sahibi herkesin, zemin artı 3 veya 4 katı geçmeyen binalarda, üç oda bir salondan oluşan evlerde güvenli, huzurlu, müreffeh şekilde hayatını sürdürmesini sağlayana kadar mücadeleyi devam ettireceklerini belirtti.

Yeni konutların teslimine kadar geçici barınma merkezlerine ihtiyaç olduğunu bildiklerini kaydeden Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, “İlk anda mecburen çadır kentlerle attığımız adımları, inşallah şimdi konteyner kentlerle devam ettiriyoruz. Şu ana kadar deprem bölgesinde 426 bin çadır kurduk, 2 ay içinde 100 bin konteyneri de faaliyete geçirmeyi planlıyoruz. Şimdiden neredeyse her gün 1000 konteynerin kurulumunu tamamlayıp yaşamaya hazır hâle getirecek kapasiteye ulaştık” bilgisini verdi.

Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, Katar’dan gelen yüksek standartlı konteynerlerde de önceliği Hatay’a verdiklerini dile getirerek, “Sadece Hatay’da 30 bin konteyneri depremzedelerimizin hizmetine sunuyoruz. Yine Hatay’da Türk Silahlı Kuvvetlerimizin iki gemisini hastane olarak değerlendiriyor, Enerji Bakanlığımızın temin ettiği gemileri de barınma amaçlı olarak kullanıyoruz. Ambalajlı içme suyunun tedarik ve dağıtımında sorun olmamakla birlikte kullanma suyundaki sıkıntının henüz tamamen çözülemediğini biliyoruz. Yeni kuyuların devreye alınması ve arıtma tesislerinin aktif hâle gelmesiyle inşallah bu mesele de kati olarak çözülecektir” diye konuştu.

Geçici iş yerleri

Seyyar tuvalet ve duş sistemlerinin yaygınlaştırılmasıyla bu konudaki ihtiyacın da karşılanmaya başlandığını aktaran Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, “Merkezde ve ilçelerimizde kurulmaya başlanan 2 bin 640 geçici iş yeriyle esnafımızın faaliyetlerini yürütebilmesini temin ediyoruz. Depremde her seviyede zarar gören hanelerimize yapılan 10’ar bin liralık ödemeler tamamlanmak üzeredir. Hayatını kaybedenlerin yakınlarına 100’er bin lira ödeniyor. Şartları karşılayan haneler için 15’er bin lira taşınma, 3 ila 5 bin lira arasında kira destekleri de başlamıştır” ifadelerini kullandı.

Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, çiftçilere, destekleme ödemelerinin peşin yapılmasından, hayvan ve yem hibesine kadar pek çok kalemde destek verdiklerini belirterek, şöyle konuştu;

“Ama akşam yalan, sabah yalan... Maalesef bu ana muhalefetin başındaki zat, çiftçilerimize destek verilmediğinden bahsediyor, yem verilmediğinden bahsediyor. İşi gücü yalan, başka sermayesi yok. Böylesine büyük bir afette, biz can derdindeyiz, o ise yalan derdinde. İnsan iradesini aşan hususların olmaması, kimi aksaklıkların yaşanmaması mümkün değildir ama böyle büyük bir felaketi yaşıyoruz, böyle büyük bir felaketi yaşadığımız dönemde akşam yalan, sabah yalan, böyle bir iftira içerisine girilir mi? Düşünebiliyor musunuz, şahsımın buraya gelmediğini söyleyecek kadar yalancı. Sen buralara ne zaman geldin? 3 kez kendim geldim, arkadaşlarımla beraber buralarda oldum. Tüm heyetim, bakanlarım daha anında, ilk gün kendilerini buralara gönderdim. Milletimizin de şahit olduğu gibi her türlü gayreti göstermemize rağmen eğer sıkıntılar yaşadıysanız, bize düşen sizlerden helallik istemektir.”

Hayatını kaybedenlerin acılarının, hayat boyu yüreklerini yakmayı sürdüreceğini belirten Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, şunları kaydetti;

“Geride kalanların hayatlarını eviyle, eşyasıyla, işiyle, sağlığıyla, eğitimiyle yeniden düzene koymak için mücadele ediyoruz. Bunun için sizlerden şehrinize ve hayatınıza sahip çıkmanızı istiyorum. Tek bir vatandaşımın bile deprem yüzünden doğduğu, büyüdüğü, yaşadığı şehrini terk etmesine gönlümüz razı değil. Ne yapacaksak burada yapacağız, neyi başaracaksak burada başaracağız. İnşallah bu mücadeleyi beraber yürütecek, beraber yeni bir geleceği inşa edeceğiz.”

Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, “Yeni bir Kırıkhan kurmaya var mıyız?” diye sormasının ardından kalabalığın “Evet” yanıtını vermesi üzerine, “85 milyon olarak sırt sırta vererek asrın felaketinin üstesinden, asrın dayanışmasıyla geleceğiz. Rabb’im ülkemizi daha büyük felaketlerden korusun” dedi.

Konuşmaların ardından Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan ve MHP lideri Bahçeli ile beraberindekiler, stadın yanında kurulan çadır kentte barınan vatandaşları ziyaret etti.

Visiting the tent city set up next to Kırıkhan Stadium, President Erdoğan made a statement after his examinations and emphasized that the earthquakes that took place on February 6 in Turkey went down in history as the worst disaster experienced in the last century.

President Erdoğan wished God's mercy to the citizens who lost their lives in the earthquakes, patience and condolences to their relatives. Stating that two major earthquakes and thousands of aftershocks that followed on the same day were felt in a wide area reaching 21 degrees, President Erdoğan explained that as a result of this earthquake, 62 districts of 11 provinces suffered devastating loss of life and destruction, and said "Fatiha" for the deceased. recited the prayer.

Reminding that severe winter conditions prevailed in Turkey on the day of the earthquake and the following few days, President Erdoğan said: “The earthquake seriously damaged the transportation and communication infrastructure. The state and the nation, together, as one heart and one wrist, almost flooded towards the earthquake zone.

Almost half a million people took on duty in the earthquake zone, together with public officials, non-governmental organizations, volunteers, and those who came to help individually. Our state was on the field with its military, police, gendarmerie, healthcare professionals, and the teams of our other institutions. Our municipalities, their mayors, their personnel and their equipment have been here since the first day.”

President Erdoğan noted that they have directed all kinds of teams, construction equipment and materials that may be needed from all over Turkey to the region. Stating that they made the Hatay Airport, which was damaged in the earthquake, operational again within a week, making the works easier, President Erdoğan said, “But the main opposition has revealed the lie that 'we repaired the airport'. Reminding that they came to Hatay on February 8 after the earthquake and then on February 20, President Erdoğan said that they both offered their condolences to the earthquake victims and gave the necessary instructions by examining the works on site.

Stating that he came to Hatay for the third time today, President Erdoğan said, “We are here as the People's Alliance. As last time, we made these visits together with MHP Chairman Mr. Devlet Bahçeli. I hope we will never leave Hatay alone," he said.

Reminding that the coordinating ministers, Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar and Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca have always been in the region since the day of the earthquake, President Erdoğan noted that other ministers also came to Hatay many times to follow up on issues related to their own fields.

Stating that Minister of Interior Süleyman Soylu, Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum and Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Vahit Kirişci are constantly visiting the region, President Erdoğan continued his words as follows;

Debris removal

Stating that they accelerated the debris removal activities once the search and rescue efforts, which were the priority in the first days of the earthquake, were completed, President Erdoğan said:

Noting that they knew that temporary shelters were needed until the delivery of new residences, President Erdoğan said, “We are now continuing with container cities, the steps we took with tent cities at the first time, I hope. We have set up 426 thousand tents in the earthquake zone so far, and we are planning to activate 100 thousand containers within 2 months. We have already reached the capacity to complete the installation of 1000 containers almost every day and make them ready for life.”

Expressing that they give priority to Hatay in high-standard containers coming from Qatar, President Erdoğan said, “We offer 30 thousand containers to the service of our earthquake victims in Hatay alone. Again in Hatay, we consider two ships of our Turkish Armed Forces as hospitals, and we use the ships provided by our Ministry of Energy for shelter purposes. Although there is no problem in the supply and distribution of packaged drinking water, we know that the problem in drinking water has not been completely resolved yet. I hope this issue will be resolved once and for all, with the commissioning of new wells and the activation of treatment plants," he said.

Temporary workplaces

Noting that the need in this regard has started to be met with the widespread use of portable toilet and shower systems, President Erdoğan said, “We ensure that our tradesmen can carry out their activities with 2,640 temporary workplaces that have been established in the center and in our districts. Payments of 10 thousand liras made to our houses, which were damaged at all levels in the earthquake, are about to be completed. 100 thousand liras are paid to the relatives of those who lost their lives. For the households that meet the conditions, 15 thousand lira relocation support and 3 to 5 thousand lira rental support have also started,” he said.

Stating that they support the farmers in many ways, from making support payments in advance to animal and feed grants, President Erdoğan said:

“But lie in the evening, lie in the morning... Unfortunately, the leader of this main opposition talks about not supporting our farmers, talking about not being fed. His job is a lie, he has no other capital. In such a great disaster, we are in trouble for life, he is in trouble with lies. It is not possible for things beyond human will to be absent and for some disruptions to occur, but we are experiencing such a great disaster, is it possible to lie in the evening, lie in the morning, such a slander when we experience such a great disaster? Stating that the pain of those who lost their lives will continue to burn their hearts for the rest of their lives, President Erdoğan said:

“We are struggling to reorder the lives of those left behind with their homes, belongings, jobs, health and education. That's why I want you to take care of your city and your life. Even a single citizen of mine has experienced an earthquake.

We do not want him to leave the city where he was born, grew up and lived. Whatever we will do, we will do here, what we will achieve, we will achieve here. I hope we will fight this fight together and build a new future together.”
