İstanbul Kültür Sanat Vakfı’nın (İKSV) düzenlediği 51. İstanbul Müzik Festivali bu akşam Atatürk Kültür Merkezi Opera Salonu’nda, şef Aziz Shokhakimov yönetiminde Tekfen Filarmoni Orkestrası ile genç piyanist Jan Lisiecki’nin buluşacağı konserle açılacak.
51. İstanbul Müzik Festivali, Borusan Holding sponsorluğunda 1-17 Haziran tarihleri arasında müzikseverlerle buluşmaya hazırlanıyor.
Festival açılışını 1 Haziran Perşembe akşamı Atatürk Kültür Merkezi Türk Telekom Opera Salonu’nda, 2019-2023 Festival Açılış Konseri Orkestrası Tekfen Filarmoni Orkestrası ile son yılların aranan genç piyano dehalarından Jan Lisiecki’nin buluşacağı bir konserle yapacak.
Açılış haftasında müzikseverler ayrıca, günümüz operasının en önemli isimlerinden, soprano ve şef Barbara Hannigan’ı Türkiye’deki ilk konserinde dinleme imkanı bulacak. Ülkemizin önde gelen senfonik topluluğu Borusan İstanbul Filarmoni Orkestrası’nın Hannigan’a eşlik edeceği konser 3 Haziran Cumartesi akşamı AKM’de düzenlenecek. Dünyanın sayılı çellistleri arasında gösterilen Nicolas Altstaedt’i ise Avrupa’nın seçkin topluluklarından Münih Oda Orkestrası eşliğinde 2 Haziran’da İş Kuleleri Salonu’nda müzikseverlerle buluşacak.
51. İstanbul Müzik Festivali
Festivalin en sevilen projelerinden Müzik Rotası, Hafta Sonu Klasikleri ve Müzikli Bir Hafta Sonu ise festivalin ilk hafta sonunda izleyiciyle buluşacak etkinlikler.
17 Haziran’a kadar, 18 farklı mekânda, 25 konserde, 60’ın üzerinde ismi ağırlayacak festivalin biletleri, passo.com.tr, Passo mobil uygulaması, Passo perakende noktaları ve İKSV ana gişeden (Pazar hariç her gün 10.00-13.00 ve 14.00-18.00 arası) satın alınabiliyor.
Konservatuvarların müzik bölümünde eğitim gören öğrenciler, konserleri her sene olduğu gibi ücretsiz takip edebilecek. Öğrenciler ise bu yıl yine tüm İKSV etkinliklerinde 10 TL’lik Eczacıbaşı Genç Bilet uygulamasından faydalanabiliyor.
Festival açılışı Tekfen Filarmoni Orkestrası ve Jan Lisiecki’den
51. İstanbul Müzik Festivali, 1 Haziran’da Atatürk Kültür Merkezi Türk Telekom Opera Salonu’nda, daimi şef Aziz Shokhakimov yönetimindeki Tekfen Filarmoni Orkestrası ile son yılların aranan genç piyano dehalarından Jan Lisiecki’nin buluşacağı bir konserle açılışını yapacak. Konserde, Frédéric Chopin’in ilk piyano konçertosunun ardından ülkemizin saygın bestecilerinden Hasan Uçarsu’nun Portreler adlı orkestra süiti seslendirilecek. Konserden önce düzenlenecek açılış töreninde Hasan Uçarsu’ya festivalin Onur Ödülü sunulacak.

Dünyanın sayılı çellistleri arasında gösterilen Nicolas Altstaedt festival için bir kez daha Türkiye’ye geliyor. Altstaedt, enstrümanındaki üstün yeteneğini sergileyeceği konserde, aynı zamanda Avrupa’nın seçkin topluluklarından Münih Oda Orkestrası’nın da şefliğini yapacak. Türkiye İş Bankası’nın katkılarıyla gerçekleştirilecek konser 2 Haziran akşamı İş Kuleleri Salonu’nda.
Ünlü soprano ve şef Barbara Hannigan, BİFO ile sahnede
Festival 3 Haziran akşamı AKM’de günümüz operasının en önemli isimlerinden Barbara Hannigan’ı ağırlayacak. Ünlü soprano ve şefe Türkiye’deki ilk konserinde, ülkemizin önde gelen senfonik topluluğu Borusan İstanbul Filarmoni Orkestrası eşlik edecek. Hannigan’ın, orkestrayı yönetirken bir yandan da Haydn, Gershwin gibi bestecilerin eserlerinden oluşan bir repertuvar seslendireceği konserin yüksek katkıda bulunan gösteri sponsoru Borusan Holding.
Hafta Sonu Klasikleri Fenerbahçe Parkı’nda
Festivalin en sevilen etkinliklerinden ücretsiz Hafta Sonu Klasikleri, bu sene de müzikseverleri, aileleri ve çocukları parka davet ediyor. İstanbulluların açık havada hafta sonuna keyifli bir başlangıç yapacağı etkinlikte sahnede Spectrum Saksofon Dörtlüsü ve piyanist János Balázs eşliğindeki The Sárközy Trio olacak. Etkinlik, Mercedes-Benz’in katkılarıyla 3 Haziran’da Fenerbahçe Parkı’nda düzenlenecek.

Çocuklar ve ailelerine özel: Müzikli Bir Hafta Sonu
Festival, İKSV Alt Kat’ın işbirliğiyle her yıl olduğu gibi bu yıl da çocuklar ve ailelerine özel Müzikli Bir Hafta Sonu etkinlik serisini düzenliyor. Etkinlikler kapsamında 3 Haziran’da Fenerbahçe Parkı’nda gerçekleştirilecek “Barışı Birlikte Düşünelim” felsefe atölyesi, 10 ve 11 Haziran’da İKSV Alt Kat’ta tekrarlanacak. Bu tarihlerde İKSV Alt Kat’ta, felsefe atölyesinin yanı sıra “Ritim Orkestrası” perküsyon atölyesi de gerçekleştirilecek. 8-10 ve 9-12 yaş gruplarına yönelik etkinliklerle ilgili ayrıntılı bilgi ve rezervasyon için tıklayın.
Anatolia Ensemble Mevlanakapı’nın tarihi atmosferinde izleyiciyle buluşuyor
Klasik Türk Müziği'nin günümüzdeki önde gelen icracılarından oluşan Anatolia Ensemble, festival kapsamında 4 Haziran’da Mevlanakapı Kara Surları Ziyaretçi Merkezi’nde müzikseverlerle buluşacak. Adını müzik dünyamızın unutulmaz ismi ve topluluğun kurucusu İhsan Özgen’in Avludaki Ses kitabından alan konserde, Şerif Muhiddin Targan, Sedat Öztoprak, Refik Fersan, Refik Talat Alpman, Sadi Işılay, Cevdet Çağla gibi Cumhuriyet dönemi bestecilerinin eserleri seslendirilecek. İhsan Özgen'in bestelerinin de seslendirileceği konserde usta müzisyenler; kanun sanatçısı Safinaz Rizeli ve ud sanatçısı Yurdal Tokcan ile birlikte bestecinin kızları Neva Özgen klasik kemençede, Yelda Özgen ise viyolonselde izleyici karşısına çıkacak.
Müzik Rotası bu yıl Balat’ta
Festivalin en özel projelerinden Müzik Rotası, bu yıl şehrin kadim semtlerinden Balat’ta. İzleyiciler, Spectrum Saksofon Dörtlüsü, arp sanatçısı Güneş Hızlılar, Duo Ciampa-Piccotti ve piyanist János Balázs eşliğindeki The Sárközy Trio’yu birbirine yürüme mesafesindeki Özel Fener Rum Ortaokulu ve Lisesi, Sveti Stefan Bulgar Kilisesi ve Aya Dimitri Rum Ortodoks Kilisesi’nde dinleyecek. Rotanın sonuncu konseri ise, Ayşe Erkmen’in Haliç Haliç’te adlı heykelinin çevresinde, Balat sahilindeki Akşemsettin Parkı’nda ücretsiz ve herkesin katılımına açık olarak yapılacak. 4 Haziran’da gerçekleştirilecek Müzik Rotası, Meke’nin katkılarıyla gerçekleştirilecek.

The 51st Istanbul Music Festival begins. Music Festival Honorary Award organized by İKSV will be presented to Hasan Uçarsu.
Organized by the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (İKSV), the 51st Istanbul Music Festival will open with a concert by the Tekfen Philharmonic Orchestra and young pianist Jan Lisiecki under the baton of conductor Aziz Shokhakimov, at the Atatürk Cultural Center Opera Hall this evening.
With the sponsorship of Borusan Holding, the 51st Istanbul Music Festival is getting ready to meet with music lovers between June 1-17.
The festival will open with a concert at Atatürk Cultural Center Türk Telekom Opera Hall on Thursday, June 1, with a concert by the Tekfen Philharmonic Orchestra, the 2019-2023 Festival Opening Concert Orchestra, and Jan Lisiecki, one of the sought-after young piano geniuses of recent years.
In the opening week, music lovers will also have the opportunity to listen to one of the most important names of today's opera, soprano and conductor Barbara Hannigan in her first concert in Turkey. The concert, in which the leading symphonic ensemble of our country Borusan Istanbul Philharmonic Orchestra will accompany Hannigan, will be held at AKM on Saturday, June 3rd. Nicolas Altstaedt, one of the world's leading cellists, will meet with music lovers at İş Kuleleri Hall on June 2, accompanied by the Munich Chamber Orchestra, one of Europe's distinguished ensembles.
One of the most popular projects of the festival, Music Route, Weekend Classics and A Musical Weekend are the events that will meet with the audience at the first weekend of the festival.

Festival opening by Tekfen Philharmonic Orchestra and Jan Lisiecki
The 51st Istanbul Music Festival will open with a concert at Atatürk Cultural Center Türk Telekom Opera Hall on June 1, where Tekfen Philharmonic Orchestra under the permanent conductor Aziz Shokhakimov and Jan Lisiecki, one of the sought-after young piano geniuses of recent years, will meet. With the cooperation of İKSV Alt Kat, the festival organizes a special weekend event with music for children and their families this year, as every year. As part of the events, the philosophy workshop "Let's Think of Peace Together", which will be held on June 3 in Fenerbahçe Park, will be repeated on June 10 and 11 at İKSV Alt Kat. Anatolia Ensemble meets the audience in the historical atmosphere of Mevlanakapı
Anatolia Ensemble, consisting of today's leading performers of Classical Turkish Music, will meet with music lovers at the Mevlanakapı Land Walls Visitor Center on June 4 as part of the festival. It is named after the unforgettable name of our music world and the founder of the ensemble, İhsan Özgen, in the book Voice in the Courtyard.
In the concert that took place, the works of composers of the Republican era such as Şerif Muhiddin Targan, Sedat Öztoprak, Refik Fersan, Refik Talat Alpman, Sadi Işılay, and Cevdet Çağla will be performed. Master musicians at the concert, where İhsan Özgen's compositions will also be performed; Together with the qanun player Safinaz Rizeli and the oud player Yurdal Tokcan, the composer's daughters Neva Özgen will appear before the audience on classical kemençe and Yelda Özgen on cello.
Music Route is in Balat this year
Music Route, one of the most special projects of the festival, is in Balat, one of the ancient districts of the city. The audience will listen to The Sárközy Trio, accompanied by the Spectrum Saxophone Quartet, harpist Güneş Quicklar, Duo Ciampa-Piccotti and pianist János Balázs, at Private Fener Greek Secondary and High School, Sveti Stefan Bulgarian Church and Aya Dimitri Greek Orthodox Church. The last concert of the route will be held in Akşemsettin Park on the coast of Balat, around Ayşe Erkmen's sculpture named Haliç in Haliç, free of charge and open to everyone.
