Gümüşlük Haber Ajansı (GHA) - 18 Mart 2023 - Muğla Milli Eğitim İl Müdürlüğü hem öğretiyor hem de üretim araçlarını üretiyor. Kurslardaki halı tezgahları meslek liselilerden.
Menteşe ilçesinde, kadınlara yönelik mesleki eğitim ve gelişim çerçevesinde dokuma öğretilirken, kullanılan tezgahlar meslek lisesinde üretiliyor. Muğla Şehit Ziya İlhan Dağdaş Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi öğrencileri ve öğretmenleri proje kapsamında 60 adet dokuma tezgahı üretti.
Muğla yöresinde kaybolmaya yüz tutmuş yöresel el sanatlarının yaşatılması, geliştirilmesi ve ev kadınlarına istihdam sağlanması amacıyla Menteşe Kaymakamlığınca, Sosyal Gelişmeyi Destekleme Programı (SOGEP) hibe desteğiyle "Kadınlar Üretiyor Menteşe Kazanıyor Projesi" yürütülüyor.
Kadınlar Üretiyor Menteşe Kazanıyor Projesi
Projede kadınların dokuma yapmak için kullandığı tezgahlar, meslek lisesi öğrencileri ve öğretmenleri tarafından üretildi. Projeye destek vermek isteyen Muğla Şehit Ziya İlhan Dağdaş Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi, Mobilya ve İç Mekan Tasarımı Bölümü ve Metal Teknolojileri Bölümü öğrencileri ve öğretmenleri, atölyelerde 60 adet dokuma tezgahı üretti. Yarı otomatik olarak tasarlanıp üretilen bu tezgahlarda, proje kapsamında Muğla Olgunlaşma Enstitüsü usta öğreticileri tarafından kadınlara 208 saatlik dokuma eğitimi verildi.
Kadınlar Üretiyor Menteşe Kazanıyor Projesi
"Kadınlar Üretiyor Menteşe Kazanıyor Projesi" Menteşe ilçesine bağlı mahallelerde yaşayan dezavantajlı kadınlar için istihdam köprüsü oluşturmayı hedefliyor. Bu sayede bölgede yaşayan 50 kadın, üreterek ve ürettiklerini satarak hem aile bütçesine hem de ülke ekonomisine katkı sağlayabilecek.
Dokunan kumaşlardan ayrıca çeşitli ürünlerin tasarımı da yapılıyor. Tasarlanan ürünler Muğla, Bodrum, Marmaris, Fethiye Datça ve Ula/Akyaka destinasyonlarına gelen turistlere satılarak kadınlar için gelir kapısı olacak.

Muğla MEB does not get enough of production
Muula Provincial Directorate of National Education both teaches and produces production tools. The carpet looms in the courses are from vocational high school students.
While weaving is taught within the framework of vocational training and development for women in Menteşe district, the looms used are produced in the vocational high school. Muğla Martyr Ziya İlhan Dağdaş Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School students and teachers produced 60 weaving looms within the scope of the project.
The "Women Produce, Hinge Wins Project" is being carried out by the Menteşe District Governorship with the support of the Social Development Support Program (SOGEP) in order to sustain and develop the local handicrafts that are about to disappear in the Muğla region and to provide employment to housewives.
The looms used by women for weaving in the project were produced by vocational high school students and teachers. Muğla Şehit Ziya İlhan Dağdaş Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, Furniture and Interior Design Department and Metal Technologies Department students and teachers, who wanted to support the project, produced 60 weaving looms in the workshops. In these semi-automatically designed and manufactured looms, 208 hours of weaving training was given to women by Muğla Maturation Institute master trainers within the scope of the project.
"Women Produce Hinge Wins Project" aims to create an employment bridge for disadvantaged women living in the neighborhoods of Menteşe district. In this way, 50 women living in the region will be able to contribute to both the family budget and the country's economy by producing and selling what they produce.
Various products are also designed from the woven fabrics. The designed products will be sold to tourists coming to Muğla, Bodrum, Marmaris, Fethiye Datça and Ula/Akyaka destinations and will be a source of income for women.
