48 Haber Ajansı (48HA) - 30.07.2023 - Maden sahası genişletme çalışamaları nedeniyle ağaç kesimi yapılan Akbelen'de son durum ne? Valilik, jandarma ve milletvekili Tanal'dan açıklamalar geldi.
Muğla Valiliği bir basın duyurusu hazırlayarak kamu açısından sonn gelişmeleri paylaştı. Açıklamada, "24 Temmuz 2023’te Orman Genel Müdürlüğü tarafından başlatılan çalışmalar bugün itibariyle sona ermiştir" denildi.
Valiliğin açıklaması;
"İlimiz Milas ilçesinde bulunan; Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanlığı Maden ve Petrol İşleri Genel Müdürlüğü’nden alınmış ruhsat, Çevre, Şehircilik ve İklim Değişikliği Bakanlığı’ndan ÇED belgesi, mevzuat gereği alınması gereken diğer kurum görüşleri doğrultusunda; Yeniköy-Kemerköy Termik santralleri için şirketin uhdesinde bulunan sahaya elektrik üretiminde kullanılmak üzere ilave kömür madeni işletme izni verilmiştir.
Bu kapsamda yapılması gereken işlemler için 24 Temmuz 2023’te Orman Genel Müdürlüğü tarafından başlatılan çalışmalar bugün itibariyle sona ermiştir.
Bu işlemden sonra, maden çıkacak sahalar tıpkı diğer maden sahalarında olduğu gibi izin sahibi tarafından rehabilitasyon projesine uygun olarak rehabilite edilecek ve mevcut alanda benzer özelliklerde 130 bin fidan dikimi gerçekleştirecektir.
Bu süreç boyunca, çeşitli provokasyonlar sonucu, tarihi şan ve şerefle dolu jandarmamız ve polisimize yapılan tahrik edici, çirkin ve maksatlı saldırılara karşı gerekli adli ve idari çalışmalar başlatılmıştır.
Oradaki süreç sona ermesine rağmen bölgede görevini ifa eden kamu çalışanlarına müdahalede bulunmaya davet edenlere, provokasyon ortamı oluşturamaya yönelik söylem oluşturanlara karşı vatandaşlarımızı uyarıyoruz.

Öte yandan Jandarma Genel Komutanlığı da bir basın duyurusu hazırlayarak kamuoyuyla paylaştı. Jandarma Genel Komutanlığı saosyal medya hesaplarından paylaşılan duyuruda, "Milletvekili Mahmut Tanal'ın tahrik edici ve etik olmayan davranışları karşısında; görev yerinden emir ve talimatlara aykırı olarak uzaklaşan iki jandarma personeli de açığa alınmıştır" dedildi.

CHP Milletvekili Mahmut Tanal jandarmanın bu açıklaması üzerine kendi açıklamasını yayınladı. Tanal açıklamasında, "Akbelen Ormanı’nda fişleme belgelerini kaçıran jandarmaya yönelik bu açığa alma işlemi bile bizim haklı olduğumuzun ispatıdır. Jandarma Genel Komutanlığı’nın hakkımda yaptığı suç duyurusu, iftira suçu niteliğindedir" dedi.
İşte Tanal'ın açıklaması;

Yasalara aykırı şekilde doğa direnişçilerini fişlememeleri konusunda uyardığım jandarma personeline yönelik hakaret içeren hiçbir cümlem olmadı.

What is the latest situation in AKbelen, where trees were cut due to mine field expansion works? Statements came from the governor's office and the gendarmerie.
Muğla Governorship prepared a press release and shared the latest developments in terms of the public. The work started by the General Directorate of Forestry on July 24, 2023 has ended as of today," the statement said.
Statement of the Governor's Office;
"In line with the license obtained from the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, General Directorate of Mining and Petroleum Affairs, the EIA document from the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, in line with the opinions of other institutions that should be obtained as per the legislation; An additional coal mine operation permit has been granted to be used in electricity generation for the site under its responsibility.
The works initiated by the General Directorate of Forestry on July 24, 2023 for the necessary actions in this context have come to an end as of today.
After this process, the mining areas will be rehabilitated by the permit holder in accordance with the rehabilitation project, just like the other mining areas, and 130,000 saplings with similar characteristics will be planted in the existing area.
Throughout this process, as a result of various provocations, necessary judicial and administrative work has been initiated against the provocative, ugly and purposeful attacks on our gendarmerie and police, whose history is full of glory and honor.
Despite the end of the process there, we warn our citizens against those who invite public employees who are performing their duties in the region to intervene and those who create a discourse to create an environment of provocation.

On the other hand, the Gendarmerie General Command prepared a press release and shared it with the public. In the announcement shared on the social media accounts of the Gendarmerie General Command, it was stated that "In the face of the provocative and unethical behavior of Deputy Mahmut Tanal, two gendarmerie personnel who left their posts in violation of orders and instructions were suspended."

CHP Deputy Mahmut Tanal published his own statement on this statement of the gendarmerie. I have never made any insulting statements to the gendarmerie personnel, whom I warned them not to tag nature resistance fighters against.
