Toplum Yararına Program (TYP) çerçevesinde 9 ay süre ile istihdam edilmek üzere 515 kişilik istihdam sağlandı. Muğla Çalışma ve İş Kurumu İl Müdürlüğü (İŞKUR) ile Muğla ilçe milli eğitim müdürlükleri arasında yapılan işbirliği ile programın başvuruları 28 Ağustos 2023 tarihinde başladı.
Eleman alınacak ilçeler
Muğla İlçe Milli Eğitim Müdürlükleri bünyesinde okulların temizlik hizmetlerinin yapılması amacıyla alım yapılacal ilçeler ve eleman asıyıları şöyle;
. Bodrum için 50
. Dalaman için 30
. Datça için 13
. Fethiye için 64
. Kavaklıdere için 12
. Köyceğiz için 30
. Marmaris için 40
. Menteşe için 70
. Milas için 76
. Ortaca için 30
. Ula için 20

Başvuru nasıl olacak?
Programa katılmak ve istihdamdan yararlanmak isteyenler başvurularını 28 Ağustos -1 Eylül 2023 tarihleri arasında, İŞKUR e-şube (https://esube.iskur.gov.tr/) internet adresi üzerinden, ALO 170’i arayarak veya İŞKUR hizmet birimleri aracılığıyla gerçekleştirebilecek.
Elektronik başvuru adresi;
Başvurularda özel politika gerektiren gruplar (kadınlar, 35 yaş üstü erkekler, engelliler, eski hükümlüler, terörle mücadelede malul sayılmayacak şekilde yaralananlar) öncelikli olacak.
Katılım şartları
. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti vatandaşı olmak
. kuruma kayıtlı olmak
. 18 yaşını tamamlamış olmak
. 31 Mayıs 2006 tarihli ve 5510 sayılı Sosyal Sigortalar ve Genel Sağlık . Sigortası Kanununun 4 üncü maddesinin birinci fıkrasının (a) ve (c) bentleri çerçevesinde SGK’ya bildirilmiyor olmak
. isteğe bağlı sigortalılık hariç aynı Kanunun 4 üncü maddesinin birinci fıkrasının (b) bendi çerçevesinde sigortalı olmamak
. belirtilen çerçevede sigortalı sayılmamak
. Emekli ve malul aylığı almıyor olmak
. Öğrenci olmamak (açıköğretim öğrencileri hariç)
. 27 Eylül 2017 tarihi sonrası TYP’de 9 aydan fazla çalışmamış olmak
Diğer durumlar
. Devam eden TYP’lerde adrese dayalı nüfus kayıt sistemine göre aynı hanede ikamet edenlerden yalnızca biri TYP’ye katılabilecek
. Adrese dayalı nüfus kayıt sistemine göre aynı adreste oturanların gelir getirici bir işte çalışma sonucu elde ettikleri toplam kazançlarının net asgari ücretin 1,5 katını aşması halinde söz konusu kişiler TYP’ye katılamayacaktır
. (2023 yılı Temmuz ayı itibariyle 17.103,48 TL. TYP talep tarihinden önceki bir yıl içerisinde ve programın fiilen başlayacağı tarihe kadar yüklenicinin veya bağlı ve yan kuruluşlarının çalışanı olan kişiler programdan yararlanamayacak
. Terör örgütlerine veya Devletin milli güvenliğine karşı faaliyette bulunduğuna karar verilen yapı, oluşum veya gruplara üyeliği, mensubiyeti veya iltisaklı yahut bunlarla irtibatı olan kişiler TYP’ye katılamayacak.

Within the framework of the Community Benefit Program (TYP), 515 people were employed for 9 months. Applications for the program started on 28 August 2023 with the cooperation between Muğla Provincial Directorate of Labor and Employment Agency and Muğla District National Education Directorates.
In order to carry out cleaning services of schools within the body of Muğla District National Education Directorates; 70 for Hinge, 20 for Ula, 40 for Marmaris, 13 for Datça, 30 for Yatağan, 12 for Kavaklıdere, 30 for Köyceğiz, 30 for Ortaca, 30 for Dalaman, 76 for Milas, 50 for Bodrum, 64 for Fethiye and Seydikemer An advertisement for the Community Benefit Program for 50 people was opened.
Those who want to participate in the program and benefit from employment can make their applications between 28 August -1 September 2023, via İŞKUR e-branch (https://esube.iskur.gov.tr/), by calling ALO 170 or through İŞKUR service units.
Electronic application address;
Groups requiring special policies (women, men over 35, disabled, ex-convicts, those who were injured in the fight against terrorism) will be given priority in the applications.
Conditions of participation
. Being a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye
. be registered with the institution
. be over 18 years old
. Social Insurance and General Health, dated May 31, 2006 and numbered 5510. Not being reported to SSI within the framework of subparagraphs (a) and (c) of the first paragraph of Article 4 of the Insurance Law
. Not being insured within the framework of subparagraph (b) of the first paragraph of Article 4 of the same Law, except for optional insurance
. not be deemed to be insured within the specified framework
. Not receiving a pension or disability pension
. Not being a student (except for open education students)
. Not working in the TYP for more than 9 months after 27 September 2017
other situations
. According to the address-based population registration system in the ongoing CIPs, only one of the residents of the same household will be able to participate in the CIP.
. According to the address-based population registration system, if the total earnings of the residents of the same address as a result of working in an income-generating job exceed 1.5 times the net minimum wage, the said persons will not be able to participate in the TYP.
. (As of July 2023, 17,103,48 TL. Persons who are employees of the contractor or its affiliates and subsidiaries within a year before the CIP request date and until the actual start of the program will not be able to benefit from the program.
. Persons who are members of, affiliated with, or have contact with terrorist organizations or structures, formations or groups that are determined to be operating against the national security of the State will not be able to participate in the TYP.
