Muğla Büyükşehir Belediyesi, "Durakta Bekliyorum" uygulaması başlatıyor. Uygulamayla ne amaçlanıyor, kimlerin işine yarayacak? Nasıl kullanılacak?..
Muğla Büyükşehir Belediyesi tarafından Muğla Kart mobil uygulaması kullanıcı deneyimi göz önünde bulundurularak, her yaştan insanın ve dezavantajlı grupların rahatlıkla kullanabileceği şekilde tasarlanarak hizmete sunuldu.
Muğla Büyükşehir Belediyesi, engelli bireyler için ‘durakta bekliyorum’ uygulamasını başlatıyor. Muğla Kart Mobil Uygulamasından engelli yolcular binmek istedikleri otobüse bildirim gönderecek. Otobüs şoförü engelli yolcunun hangi durakta beklediğini bilecek. Görme engelli vatandaşlar uygulamadan sesli uyarı sistemiyle faydalanabilecek. Uygulama önümüzdeki hafta başlayacak.
Türkiye Görme Engelliler Muğla Şube Sekreteri Mehmet Özdemir şunları söyledi;
"Muğla Büyükşehir Belediyemizin yeni uygulamasıyla şoföre hangi durakta beklediğimizi bildirebileceğiz. Otobüs bizi beklediğimiz duraktan alacak. Uygulamalı sistemle şoför hangi durakta ineceğimizi bilecek. Bu uygulama bizler için adeta lüks oldu. Bizler için muhteşem bir şey. Böyle bir uygulamayı başlatan Muğla Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanımız Dr. Osman Gürün’e çok teşekkür ediyorum."

Uygulama nasıl çalışıyor?
‘Durakta Bekliyorum’ uygulaması için engelli yolcular Muğla Kart Mobil uygulamasında ki ‘durakta bekliyorum’ sekmesini kullanacak. Biniş yapmak istediği durağı bildirecek. Bildirim, durağa yaklaşan ilk otobüsün bilgi ekranında anında görünecek. Böylece otobüs şoförleri, engelli yolcuların hangi durakta beklediğini bilecek. Sistem, hem şoföre hem de bekleyen engelli yolcuya, aracın durağa yaklaştığı bilgisini sürekli verecek. Sistem, engelli yolcuya, inmek istediği durağı da bildirecek.
Editörün notu; Muğla'da toplu taşımanın (Merkez Menteşe ilçesi hariç) neredeyse tamamı kooperatiflere yani özel toplu taşma araçlarına devredildi. Belediye açıklamasında bu uygulamanın nereleri ve hangi araçları kapsayacağı belirtilmemiş. Açıklama gelirse yayınlayacağız.

Muğla Metropolitan Municipality is launching the 'waiting at the bus stop' application for disabled individuals. Disabled passengers will be notified of the bus they want to take from the Muğla Card Mobile Application. The bus driver will know at which stop the disabled passenger is waiting. Visually impaired citizens will be able to benefit from the application with the voice warning system. Implementation will start next week.
Türkiye Visually Impaired Muğla Branch Secretary Mehmet Özdemir said;
"With the new application of Muğla Metropolitan Municipality, we will be able to inform the driver at which stop we are waiting. The bus will pick us up from the stop we are waiting for. With the applied system, the driver will know at which stop we will get off. This application has become a luxury for us. It is a wonderful thing for us. How does the application work?
For the 'I'm Waiting at the Stop' application, disabled passengers will use the 'I'm Waiting at the Stop' tab in the Muğla Card Mobile application. He/she will inform the stop where he/she wants to board. The notification will instantly appear on the information screen of the first bus approaching the stop. Thus, bus drivers will know at which stop disabled passengers are waiting. The system will constantly inform both the driver and the waiting disabled passenger that the vehicle is approaching the stop. The system will also inform the disabled passenger about the stop he wants to get off at.
