14 Mayıs 2023 günü Cumhurbaşkanı ve 28. Dönem milletvekillerini seçmek üzere sandığa gidilecek. Verilecek oylarla 5 yıl görev yapacak cumhurbaşkanı ile yeni milletvekilleri seçilip parlemento şekillendirilecek.

Cumhurbaşkanı adayları

. Cumhurbaşkanı seçimi için 3 aday oylanacak.

. Adaylıktan çekilen Muharrem İnce'nin adı da basım ve dağıtım tamamlandığı için pusulada yer alacak.

Seçmen ve sandık sayıları

. Yurt içinde 60 milyon 697 bin 843 seçmen oy kullanacak. Yurt içinde 4 milyon 904 bin 672 seçmen ilk kez oy kullanacak. Cezaevinde tutuklu ve taksirli suçlardan hükümlü seçmen sayısı ise 53 bin 172. Ülke genelinde 973 ilçe, 1094 ilçe seçim kurulunda 191 bin sandık kurulacak.

Oy kullanma saatleri

. Oy verme işlemi, Türkiye genelinde saat 08.00'de başlayacak, 17.00'de sona erecek. Saat 17.00'ye geldiği halde, sandık başında oylarını vermek üzere bekleyen seçmenler, başkan tarafından sayıldıktan sonra sırayla oylarını kullanacak.

Sandığa giderken alınacaklar

. Seçmen, üzerinde Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Kimlik Numarası bulunan, kimliği tereddütsüz ortaya koyan, resimli, resmi nitelikteki kanunla tanımlanmış belgelerden biriyle oy kullanabilecek.

. Oy kullanma yerini gösteren ve muhtarlıklardan ya da E-Devlet'ten, Yüksek Seçim Kurulu'nun (YSK) internet sitesinden temin edilen seçmen bilgi kağıdının getirilmesi zorunlu değil.

. Seçmen bilgi kağıdı kendisine ulaşmayanlar, nerede, hangi sandıkta oy kullanacağını Yüksek Seçim Kurulu'nun (YSK) internet sitesinden öğrenebilecek. Seçimin ikinci tura kalması halinde seçmen bilgi kağıdı yeniden gerekli olmayacak.

Oy bölmesine nelerle girilemez?

. Cep telefonu, fotoğraf veya film makinesi gibi görüntü kaydedici veya haberleşme sağlayıcı cihazlarla oy verme yerine girilmesi yasak. Bu tür cihazlar, oy verme işlemi bittikten sonra iade edilmek üzere sandık kuruluna bırakılacak.

Oy verme alanında neler olur, neler olamaz?

. Oy verme işlemi sırasında gebeler, hastalar, engelliler ve yaşlılara öncelik tanınacak.

. Sandık başında görevli partili kurul üyeleri, adaylar ve gözlemciler (müşahitler), rozet, amblem veya partisini belirtir herhangi bir işaret taşımayacak.

. Sandık başında seçmene, vereceği oy hakkında hiç kimse müdahale, telkin ve tavsiyede bulunamayacak. Seçmenler, oylarını kullandıktan sonra sandık başından ayrılacaklar.

. Hastalığı veya engeli sebebiyle yatağa bağımlı seçmenler için bu seçimde de seyyar sandıklar oluşturuldu. Bu seçmenler, seyyar sandıklarda oylarını kullanabilecek.

. Görme engellilere şablon. Görme engelliler kendileri için hazırlanan şablonla oy kullanacak görme engelliler için her sandığa şablon konulacak.

14 Mayıs 2023 günü yasaklı olanlar

. 06.00'dan 24.00'e kadar alkollü içki satılamayacak, içkili ve umumi yerlerde alkollü içki verilmesi ve içilmesi yasak. Lokantalarda da yalnızca yemek verilebilecek.

. Kurallara uyulmak şartıyla yarın saat 18.00'den sonra düğün yapılabilecek.

Deprem bölgeleri

. Bölgelerde eskiden hangi okullara sandık kuruluyorsa aynı okullara yine sandık kurulacak. Okullar yıkılmış ya da hasar görmüş ise bahçesine veya yakın bir alana konteyner konarak oyların kullanılması sağlanacak.

. Depremden etkilenen seçmenler, adres kaydını nereye aldırırsa orada oy kullanacak, oylar o seçim çevresi için sayılacak.

Oy pusulalarında ittifaklar

. AK Parti, MHP, BBP ve YRP, "Cumhur İttifakı" adıyla seçime katılıyor.

. CHP, İYİ Parti, Saadet Partisi, Gelecek Partisi, Demokrasi ve Atılım Partisi (DEVA Partisi), Demokrat Parti "Millet İttifakı" adıyla seçime katılıyor.

. Yeşiller ve Sol Gelecek Partisi (Yeşil Sol Parti) ile Türkiye İşçi Partisi (TİP), "Emek ve Özgürlük İttifakı" adı altına seçime giriyor.

. Zafer Partisi ve Adalet Partisi, "Ata" ittifakı adı altında seçime katılıyor.

. Türkiye Komünist Partisi, Türkiye Komünist Hareketi ve Sol Parti "Sosyalist Güç Birliği İttifakı" adı altında seçime katılıyor.

Oy nasıl kullanılır? Nasıl sayılır?

. Seçmen, sandık kurulundan 2 pusula ve 1 zara alarak oy kullanma bölmesine girecek. Cumhurbaşkanına ve milletvekillerine yönelik tercihte bulundukları iki ayrı oy pusulasını aynı zarfa koyarak sandığa atacak.

. Oy kullanma işlemi bitiminde önce cumhurbaşkanı seçimine ait oy pusulalarının sayım ve dökümü yapılacak.

. Zarftan çıkan oy pusulalarında bir seçim türüne ait olanın geçersiz olması, diğerinin geçersiz sayılmasını gerektirmeyecek.

İptal gerekçeleri

. "Evet" ya da "Tercih" mührü basılmazsa

. Birden fazla ittifaka, aynı ittifakta yer almayan parti veya adaya mühür basılması halinde.

. Oy pusulasının bütünlüğünün bozulacak şekilde yırtılması veya koparılması

. Oy pusulasının üzerine mühür dışında veya mühür yerine herhangi bir özel işaretin, isim, imza kaşesi veya parmak izinin basılması.

. Oy pusulasının belirgin bir şekilde karalanması, çizilmesi veya işaretlenmesi.

. Oy pusulasının konulduğu zarftan işaret amacı taşıyan herhangi bir madde çıkması.

Sonuç durumu, 2. tur hangi durumda yapılır?

. Cumhurbaşkanı adaylarından hiçbirinin, 14 Mayıs 2023 günü salt çoğunluğu sağlayamaması halinde 28 Mayıs 2023 tarihinde ikinci tur oylama yapılacak.

On May 14, 2023, the ballot box will be held to elect the President and the 28th Term Members of Parliament. With the votes to be given, the president, who will serve for 5 years, and new deputies will be elected and the parliament will be shaped.

Here are the questions about the choices, item by item;

Presidential candidates

. Three candidates will be voted for the presidential election.

. The name of Muharrem İnce, who withdrew from his candidacy, will also be on the ballot as the printing and distribution has been completed.

Number of voters and ballot boxes

. 60 million 697 thousand 843 voters will cast their votes in the country. 4 million 904 thousand 672 voters will cast their votes for the first time in the country. The number of voters imprisoned in prison and convicted of negligent crimes is 53,172. 191 thousand ballot boxes will be set up in 973 districts and 1094 district election boards across the country.

voting hours

. Voting will start at 08:00 and end at 17:00 across Turkey. Even though it is 17.00, the voters waiting to cast their votes at the ballot box will cast their votes in turn after being counted by the president.

To be taken on the way to the ballot box

. Voters will be able to vote with one of the documents defined by the official law, with a picture of the Republic of Turkey Identity Number, which reveals their identity without hesitation.

. It is not obligatory to bring the voter information sheet showing the voting place and obtained from the headman's office or from the e-Government website of the Supreme Election Board (YSK).

. Those who did not receive the voter information sheet will be able to learn where and in which ballot box they will vote on the website of the Supreme Election Board (YSK). If the election goes to the second round, the voter information sheet will not be required again.

What cannot be entered in the voting section?

. It is forbidden to enter the voting place with video recorders or communication devices such as mobile phones, cameras or film cameras. Such devices will be left to the ballot box committee to be returned after the voting process is over.

What happens in the voting area, what can't happen?

. Pregnant women, the sick, the disabled and the elderly will be given priority during the voting process.

. Members of the party committee, candidates and observers (observers) at the ballot box shall not bear badges, emblems or any sign that indicates their party.

. No one will be able to interfere, suggest or advise the voter at the ballot box about the vote they will cast. Voters will leave the ballot box after casting their votes.

. Mobile ballot boxes were also created in this election for voters who are bedridden due to their illness or disability. These voters will be able to cast their votes in mobile ballot boxes.

. Template for the visually impaired. Visually impaired people will vote with the template prepared for them. A template will be placed in each ballot box for the visually impaired.

Banned on May 14, 2023

. Alcoholic beverages cannot be sold from 06.00 to 24.00, and it is forbidden to give and drink alcoholic beverages in public places. Only meals can be served in restaurants.

. Provided that the rules are followed, the wedding will be held after 18:00 tomorrow.

. No one other than those who are in charge of maintaining security and public order can carry a gun.

. Radios and all kinds of broadcasting organs (including websites) cannot make news, predictions and comments about the election and election results until 18.00 on 14 May 2023.

. Only news and announcements about the election will be broadcast by the Supreme Election Board (YSK) between 18.00 and 21.00 on radios and all kinds of broadcasting organs.

. On the election day, all broadcasts will be released after 21:00 (unless the YSK decides otherwise), but if the YSK deems it necessary, it can be decided to release the broadcasts before 21:00.

. In the regions, ballot boxes will be established in the same schools in which ballot boxes were established in the past. If the schools are destroyed or damaged, the votes will be cast by placing containers in the garden or in a nearby area.

. Voters affected by the earthquake will vote wherever their address record is taken, and the votes will be counted for that constituency.

Alliances on the ballots

. AK Party, MHP, BBP and YRP are participating in the elections under the name of "People's Alliance".

. CHP, IYI Party, Felicity Party, Future Party, Democracy and Atılım Party (DEVA Party), Democratic Party "Nation Alliance" are participating in the election.

. The Greens and Left Future Party (Green Left Party) and the Turkish Workers' Party (TIP) are running under the name of "Labor and Freedom Alliance".

. The Victory Party and the Justice Party are participating in the election under the name of "Ata" alliance.

. The Communist Party of Turkey, the Communist Movement of Turkey and the Left Party are participating in the elections under the name of "Socialist Union of Forces".

How to vote? How is it counted?

. Voters will enter the voting chamber by taking 2 ballots and 1 dice from the ballot box committee. Put the two separate ballot papers of their choice for the President and the deputies in the same envelope.

Cancellation grounds

. Imprinting any special sign, name, signature stamp or fingerprint on the ballot paper, other than or instead of the seal.

. Conspicuous scribbling, scratching or marking of the ballot.

. Any item that carries the purpose of a sign comes out of the envelope in which the ballot is placed.

Result status, in what state is the 2nd round done?

. If none of the presidential candidates can obtain an absolute majority on May 14, 2023, a second round of voting will be held on May 28, 2023.

. For this, the election calendar previously prepared by the YSK will work.
