Muğla'da CHP örgütü telefonlarla yapılan anketlerle çalkalanıyor? Öyle iddialar var ki, yenilir / yutulur gibi değil. Anketleri kim yaptırıyor? Neden sadece bazı aday adaylarının adı soruluyor? CHP genel merkezi, Muğla il merkezi, Bodrum ilçe merkezi neden açıklama yapmıyor? Peki ama neler oluyor?

Muğla'da CHP üyeleri ve partiye üye olsun, olmasın vatandaşlar iddialara göre telefonla aranıp "canlı" ankete katılmaları isteniyor. 0 312 alan kodlu numaralardan arayanlar iddialara göre çok sayıda aday adayı olmasına karşın hem Büyükşehir Belediye Başkan adaylığı hem de ilçe belediye başkan adaylıkları için sadece bir kaç isim telaffuz ederek memnuniyet ve tercih anketi yapıyorlar.

Sosyal medya bir süredir bu iddialarla çalkalanırken, anketleri kim ya da kimlerin yaptırdığı, hangi firmaların anket yaptırdığı ya da yaptığı, neden çok sayıda aday adayı olmasına rağmen sadece 3'er veya 7'şer aday adayı adının oylamaya dahil edildiği konularında ne CHP genel merkezi ne CHP Muğla il yönetimi ne de CHP'nin 13 ilçesinin örgüt yönetimlerinden hiç bir açıklama gelmiyor.

Ancak Muğla'da CHP örgütleri bu anketler nedeniyle çalkalanıyor. Üstelik ön seçim ya da örgüt yoklaması yapılmayan ilde sadece Kavaklıdere ilçesindeki zaten tek aday adayının aday olarak açıklanması ve diğer 12 ilçe ile MBB adayının adının hala açıklanmaması da örgütdeki "neler oluyor" sorularını bu telefon anketleriyle birlikte giderek daha da artırıyor.

Kim bunlar?

İddialara göre Muğla'da ve Bodrum ilçesinde aranan seçmenlere canlı sorularla "Bodrum Belediyesi'nde ve Muğla Büyükşehir Belediyesi'nde belediye başkanı olarak kimi tercih etmek istedikleri" soruluyor. Ve tercihler için 3 ya da 7 isim sıralanıyor. Yine iddialara göre Bodrum için 23 aday adayı olmasına karşın sadece Ahmet Aras, Mustafa Saruhan ve Ali Öztürk’ün ismi tercih seçeneklerinde yer alıyor. İnsanlar da sosyal medya üzerinden yayınladıkları mesajlarla bu aramaların kim ya da kimler tarafından yaptırıldığını öğrenmek istiyorlar.

Barlas yine sözünü esirgemedi

Bunlara ilk örnek Bodrum'un tanınan ve sevilen simalarından Bodrum 1905 Galatasaraylılar Derneği kurucularından ve yönetim kurulu üyelerinden Nazif Barlas'tan geldi. Barlas, Facebook hesabından yaptığı paylaşımda şunları soruyordu;

CHP Bodrum belediye bakan adaylığı için çok uzun süredir çalışan, projeler geliştiren iş insanı Volkan İlgüz de anketlere sert tepki gösteren CHP Bodrum Belediye başkan aday adaylarından. İlgüz sosyal medya hesabından şunları yazdı;

"Özel bir anket firmasına ücreti karşılığında anket yaptırarak Ankara numarası ile aratarak algı yaratmaya çalışmak, adayı 3 ile daraltarak halkı yanıltmaya çalışmak demokrasi dışı bir harekettir."

"Manipülasyon yapılıyor"

Telefon anketleri rahatsızlığıyla ilgili olarak basın toplantısı düzenleyip, yüksek sesle kamuoyu önünde tepki gösteren bir isim de CHP'den Bodrum Belediye Başkan aday adayı olan Özay Kartal. Yayıncı, iş insanı, vakıf başkanı Özay Kartal, telefonlarla yapılan anketlerde 23 aday adayı bulunmasına rağmen sadece 3 aday adayının isminin sorulmasına tepki gösterdi. Kartal, yapılan anketleri, "manipülasyon" (yönlendirme, etkileme) olarak değerlendirdi.

CHP Bodrum İlçe örgütü çarşı binası önünde basın açıklaması düzenleyen Özay Kartal, anket çalışmalarının "kim tarafından yapıldığının bilinmediğini" vurguladı. Anket çalışmalarının, "Bodrum halkı üzerinde oynanan önemli bir manipülasyon ve Bodrum’da siyaseti dizayn etmenin çok çirkin bir oyunu" olduğunu iddia eden Özay Kartal şunları söyledi;

"Salı gününden itibaren karanlığın elleri Bodrum’un demokrasi şölenine uzandı. Bodrum’da yüz binlerce insanın telefonu arandı ve 21 tane birbirinden değerli insanın üstü çizilerek sadece 3 kişinin ismi soruldu. Karanlık güçlerin eli, sermayenin eli, Bodrum’u yağmalamak isteyenlerin eli, Bodrum’un rantını Bodrum halkına değil kendi ceplerine koymak isteyenlerin eli Bodrum’un üzerine uzandı. Yüzbinlerce insan Bodrum’un sadece 3 adayı olduğuna inandırılmaya çalışıldı. CHP kasetlerle, anket manipülasyonlarıyla, şekil verilecek, idare edilecek ve yönlendirilecek bir parti değildir. Biz, buradayız. Adaylar kendi hakkını koruyacak güçtedir."

CHP'li aday anketlerini CHP yaptırmıyormuş!..

Aynı zamanda Akdeniz Ülkeleri Akademisi Vakfı (ACADEMIA) Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı da olan CHP Bodrum Belediye Başkan aday adayı Özay Kartal, "anketlerin CHP genel merkezi tarafından yaptırılmadığını" söyledi. Kartal'ın açıklamasının bundan sonraki kısmı daha da ilginç;

"Bu manipülasyon anketin ortaya çıkmasından sonra Muğla İl Örgütümüzün sekreteri bu anketin CHP tarafından yapılmadığını belirtmiştir. Aynı şekilde ilçe başkanımız da CHP Genel Merkezimizle Yerel Yönetimlerden Sorumlu Gökhan Zeybek ile görüşerek bu anketin Genel Merkezimizle hiçbir ilgisinin olmadığını öğrenmiştir. Dolayısıyla ortaya şöyle bir soru çıkıyor. Bodrum’u kim dizayn etmeye çalışıyor? Bodrum’da kim kendi istediği adayı getirmek istiyor? Biz bu oyunu reddediyoruz. Bertaraf edeceğiz, onlara Bodrum’u bırakmayacağız."

Genel merkez, il ve ilçelerden açıklama yok

Sosyal medyada yazılıp çizilen iddialar ve CHP aday adaylarının açıklamalarına karşın şu ana kadar ne CHP genel merkezinden ne CHP Muğla il örgütünden ne de CHP Bodrum ilçe örgütünden hiç bir resmi açıklama yapılmadı. Ancak Özay Kartal'ın iddiaları ciddi. Ne diyor Kartal;

* Muğla İl Örgütümüzün sekreteri bu anketin CHP tarafından yapılmadığını belirtmiştir.

* İlçe başkanımız da CHP Genel Merkezimizle Yerel Yönetimlerden Sorumlu Gökhan Zeybek ile görüşerek bu anketin Genel Merkezimizle hiçbir ilgisinin olmadığını öğrenmiştir.

Peki ama kim bunlar? İşte örgüt ve parti üyeleri bu soruların yanıtlarını arıyor? Bu anketleri kim ya da kimler yaptırıyor ve amaçları ne?

Bu iddiaların yayınlanmasının ardından Bodrum Belediye Başkanı Ahmet Aras çok sert tepki göstererek açıklamalar yapmış ardından da Aras'ın avukatı Esra Hasanoğlu Kazmaz tarafından erişim engeli talebinde bulunulmuş ve mahkeme haber ve iddiaların yayınlandığı siteye erişimin engellenmesi kararı almıştı.

Özay Kartal kimdir?

1971 yılında Sivas’ta doğdu. 2013 yılında CHP üyesi olan Özay Kartal Bodrum Belediyesi'nde çeşitli yıllarda danışmanlık görevlerinde bulundu ve projeler hazırladı. Akdeniz Ülkeleri Akademisi Vakfı (ACADEMIA) Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı. İstanbul Üniversitesi İktisat Fakültesi Uluslararası İlişkiler Bölümü mezunu. Churchill House School Of English İngilizce eğitimi aldı. Bodrum Caria News turizm gazetesi ve Bodrum Caria Homes dergisinin yayıncılığını yapıyor. 1993 yılından bu yana Bodrum'da turizm, reklamcılık ve yayıncılık sektöründe firma sahibi.

"Who" or "who" is commissioning these surveys?

Is the CHP organization in Muğla agitated with surveys conducted over the phone? There are such claims that they cannot be eaten/swallowed. But what's going on?

In Muğla, CHP members and/or citizens who are not members of the party are allegedly called by phone and asked to participate in a "live" survey. Callers allegedly conduct a satisfaction survey by pronouncing only a few names for both the Metropolitan Mayor candidacy and the district mayor candidacy, although there are many candidates.

While social media has been abuzz with these allegations for a while, neither the CHP headquarters nor the CHP Muğla provincial administration have any questions about who or what commissioned the surveys, which companies commissioned or conducted the surveys, and why only 3 candidate names were included in the survey despite the fact that there were many candidates. No statement was made from the organizational management of CHP's 13 districts.

However, CHP organizations in Muğla are in turmoil due to these polls. Moreover, in the province where no primary elections or organization polls are held, only the only candidate in the Kavaklıdere district has declared himself as a candidate, and the names of the other 13 districts and the MBB candidate are still not disclosed, which increases the "what's going on" questions in the organization along with these phone surveys.

Allegedly, voters in Muğla and Bodrum district are asked "who they would like to choose as mayor in Bodrum Municipality and Muğla Metropolitan Municipality" with live questions. And 3 names are listed for preferences. Again, according to allegations, although there are 23 candidates for Bodrum, only the names of Ahmet Aras, Mustafa Saruhan and Ali Öztürk are included in the preference options.

Volkan İlgüz, a businessman who has been working for a long time and developing projects for the CHP Bodrum municipal minister candidacy, also reacted harshly to the surveys and wrote the following on his social media account.

"Trying to create a perception by having a private survey company conduct a survey for a fee and calling with the Ankara number, and trying to mislead the public by narrowing down the candidate to 3 is an undemocratic act."

"There is manipulation"

The first loud public reaction with a press conference regarding the phone survey disturbance came from Bodrum Mayoral candidate Özay Kartal. Publisher, businessman and foundation president Özay Kartal reacted to the fact that although there were 23 candidate candidates in the surveys conducted by phone, the names of only 3 candidates were asked. Kartal evaluated the surveys as "manipulation" (direction, influence).

Özay Kartal, who held a press statement in front of the CHP Bodrum District Organization Çarşı building, emphasized that it is not known who carried out the survey. Özay Kartal, who claimed that the survey studies were "an important manipulation played on the people of Bodrum and a very ugly game of designing politics in Bodrum", said;

"Since Tuesday, the hands of darkness have reached out to Bodrum's democracy festival. The phones of hundreds of thousands of people in Bodrum were searched and 21 valuable people were crossed out and the names of only 3 people were asked. The hands of dark forces, the hands of capital, the hands of those who want to plunder Bodrum, Bodrum Those who want to put the profit of 'into their own pockets, not the people of Bodrum, have reached out to Bodrum. Hundreds of thousands of people have been tried to convince that Bodrum has only 3 candidates. CHP is not a party that can be shaped, managed and directed with tapes, poll manipulations. We are here. "Candidates have the power to protect their own rights."

Who or what conducts the surveys?

CHP Bodrum Mayor candidate Özay Kartal, who is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mediterranean Countries Academy Foundation (ACADEMIA), said that "the surveys were not commissioned by the CHP headquarters." The next part of Kartal's statement is even more interesting;

"After the emergence of this manipulation survey, the secretary of our Muğla Provincial Organization He stated that this survey was not conducted by CHP. Likewise, our district president met with Gökhan Zeybek, who is responsible for Local Governments at our CHP Headquarters, and learned that this survey has nothing to do with our Headquarters. Therefore, a question arises. Who is trying to design Bodrum? Who wants to bring the candidate they want in Bodrum? We reject this game. "We will eliminate them, we will not leave Bodrum to them."

No voice from headquarters, provinces and districts

Despite the allegations written and drawn on social media and the statements of CHP candidates, no official statement has been made so far from either the CHP headquarters, the CHP Muğla provincial organization, or the CHP Bodrum district organization. However, Özay Kartal's allegations are serious. What does Kartal say?
